I've been part of GMC for just over a year and it has completely transformed my life and me. My training is better than it has ever been and I am feeling the benefits from it. Coaches have so much knowledge to share and all staff are brilliant.

Really fantastic organisation. My life has changed completely from the miserable state it had been in (for many years) into taking control and now able to enjoy life and help the people around me more. It's not an exaggeration to say that GMC has changed my life for the better in every way; it is so much more than just physical fitness, encompassing mindset, community and a sense of shared purpose. I’ve been training with GMC for three months. Keegan and the team are excellent providing loads of online resources, updating workouts through their app, monitoring calorie intake but also checking in on the mental health side of things as well.

I’m loosing weight, feeling healthier, fitter and have much more energy. This is so much more than having a personal trainer. I cannot recommend GMC enough
