Well built e-bikes with thoughtful design and features. After much research Gazelle came out on top for best value and strong reputation for an e-bike.

Attention to quality, comfort and customer needs

This is a quality bike that you will enjoy riding. If you don't like something...you won't do it. This won't be a problem. I just purchased a Gazelle Avignon and my bike ticks off all the checkmarks. Quality, fun to ride, safe to ride! I'm 60 years old, hip replacement, need a knee replacement and I have not trouble riding for a couple of hours. You can get as much of a workout as you want. I liked it so much we immediately purchased an Ultimate C380 for my wife.

Gazelle makes quality bikes to fit the mind and body. My ultimate C380 is full of quality components, an easily shiftable and maintenance free hub, and classic style and comfort. I’ve only got 50 miles on it so far, but am looking forward to all my future adventures. It’s exactly what I needed to get out and explore.

The company has patience as I had to tryout every bike in the store. They are very helpful. They know everything about the e-bikes that they are selling. If they are not sure about an item that isn’t in the store they got in touch on line to get me the answers needed. Great place to purchase a bike. I was so impressed I been back 3 more times for other purchases. Seacoast E-bikes is the best.

Overall a great bike, but wishing for even more.

I bought the red low step. Really enjoying it for sure, but I wish i would have bought the class 3. I spend the whole time doing 19.6 mph, wanting to go faster.

Good: All thing things everybody says. Its really smooth. Its quiet. Its got solid power that makes you just feel like youre extra efficient.
- Battery life has been fantastic. My butt gets tired before the battery does.

The bad:
- Its quite heavy, but all ebikes are.
- I want to go faster. I'm a 34 yr old male, and should have gotten the class 3. I spend my whole time going full speed, on turbo mode.
- Water bottles. The bottom bottle mounts were useless. I had to remove the bell and add one to the handlebars there, as the rest of the handlebars are large and/or tapered.
- I wish the spedometer kept track of the total miles you've put on the bike. If it does, i cant find it.
- Wish the battery was integrated.

While i've got more cons written than pros, know that I love this bike. I've gotten back into biking because of it, and i'm looking for reasons to take it out. Very enjoyable bike, and i'm looking to get an even better/faster/stronger Gazelle in the very near future and give this one to my wife.

A well made, high end bike, comfortable to ride, good quality. I’ve recommended Gazelle to numerous people and Tony Sun my dealer is amazing.

One of my favorite e bikes! Ive had a Blix and a Rad but this Gazelle is so smooth and such a great ride. I like that it has no throttle, it has enough power, the gears shift so nicely. Its a very well made bike and I'm so excited every time I ride it.

Superior quality. Best available electrical/electronic components - especially the motor. Comfortable ride.
Great hydraulic disc brakes.

Excellent dealer with large Gazelle selection on hand, helpful advice and friendly staff. Bike was ready when promised for pickup after delays in shipping from warehouse. Love the bike!

I did a lot of research into ebikes but when I went to my LBS and could touch and ride a Gazelle I was hooked. Great bikes, great company and great customer service.

Very nice bike. I would give it five stars except for the fact the battery charger will only charge the battery when it is in the bike. My bike store is checking into this issue.

Great service from local dealer, Kamloops E Ride. Loving the ride, comfort, quality and stability of my new C8. So impressed and confident that I made the right decision. I believe there is room to improve the charging access cover as it is difficult to close. Otherwise, the bike is stunning and an absolute joy to ride!

This is my first upright bike and I absolutely love it! No more painful low back & butt by 20kms. Very good value for money with all of the extras! I only had to buy a new helmet and phone mount.

So easy to use and pretty nice to have. Efficient and comfortable. My best gift so far.

This was my first experience with an e-bike and I am very impressed. The retailer was so helpful and even delivered the bike to my door. He also helped me to choose a better seat and also a different shaft
for the suspension.

like the lights, bag and kickstand

These are our first eBikes. But far from our first bikes. This bike is a dream to ride. The assist is excellent, the ride is super comfortable, and the quality first class. We tested several less expensive bikes, and you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality, and comfort.

I have been searching for an E Bike for the last 3 years. The bikes that caught my attention were too high priced at 5-6K.

I went into the Santa Cruz store on a whim as I had not seen the Gazelle before. I was immediately impressed.

The staff explained and answered my questions by pointing out various features of the Gazelle. With the sale price offered, I could not resist. I am proud that I took this step in purchasing my Gazelle. Never a doubt only confirmation of this excellent purchase.

After 4 days of riding around Santa Cruze with all the various hills and terrane, wow what a great experience. I am 73.5 yrs old and am recovering from RA this ride will and is helping with stamina issues.

I research everything before I buy. I spent about a year researching electric bikes. The Gazelle brand came out on top of all the other brands in my opinion. From the fit & finish, appearance, functionality, options, ruggedness, longevity of ownership, customer service and serviceability. If you want a ebike that is going to last you for the long haul, this is it. No need to look any further.
