GB Advisors has a very skilled staff, they helped my Organization to improve our IT processes by using the best practices offered by Freshservice Servicedesk.

My company was in a struggle to migrate several legacy systems on our organization (4 buildings). We were migrating our business core from several in-house systems and MS SQL Server to the Cloud to preserve business continuity. With help from GB Advisors team, we migrated everything to the Cloud (using Freshworks solutions) in less than 4 months, including knowledge transfer to our technical department. We're up and running since then, and the occasional support calls we make to GB team are promptly answered and solved. Thanks, guys!

El equipo de GBA fue de mucha ayuda tanto en la planeación y seguimiento de actividades, implementación de mejores prácticas, y de orientación.

Me parece que si falta mas acompañamiento en la implementación. Tuvimos que descubrir mucho del funcionamiento por nuestra cuenta.

Gestión limitada al fabricante. Mucha volatilidad comercial.
