Cameron you was very knowledgable and provided excellent advice with the planning application process, prepared drawings and obtained the successful approval of the planning permission. His plans transformed our house and achieved all our requirements within the very reasonable budget.

We would highly recommend GBS Architectural based on our experience working with Guy and his team on our current home extension and renovation project.

GBS Architectural are friendly but professional and easy to work with. The team apply a collaborative approach and we found it easy to bounce ideas off them and ask lots of questions (we are novices to building work) and found their industry knowledge very helpful in planning our project. Whilst they had several professional inputs into our project, they were also open to our own ideas and personal preferences and we feel the final plans are as close to perfect for our family as possible. The team are also very responsive and made time to help us through the process.

We were impressed by their technical expertise and knowledge of the planning application process which went smoothly and our plans were approved first time with no issues.

Their attention to detail in preparing tender packs was exceptional, especially considering we changed our minds on a few items as the plans progressed.

The team have great industry contacts which has also been helpful in planning our building work.

Finally, it’s worth noting we found their pricing very competitive especially given the level of service we have received.

We have been working with GBS Architectural now for just over 18 months, during which time they have prepared a scheme for extensive refurbishment and extension of our home, advised on letting of the building contract and supervised the continuing works. We have been very pleased with their professionalism, with the care taken over all stages of the work, and with the way that they have worked very much as a team with the builder and with us. That has ensured that the works have proceeded smoothly, despite the challenges of the current emergency.
