I've used multiple other brands of tape (even KT tape from CVS which is not recommended) without issue. Gc2b's tape AND their nipple covers both are very itchy and left me with rashes. Not sure what cheap material they have going into their products but it's clear they know about frequent issues. There is a no refund policy for all items, no matter the reason. Don't waste your money here.

I recently received a bag of a half dozen gently used binders. Out of those 2 were gc2b. Those two binders are by far the best in the bag, though I do have to acknowledge that they are older and I’ve heard quality has dropped off a bit in recent years, which is why I deducted a star. For my experience, though, they were great.

Ordered a racerback binder in the recommended size (large)
Not only is it too small and insanely scratchy, I've gone through the return order process SIX times now and I've heard absolutely nothing back from the company. Do not buy.

i ordered a couple of racerback binders. they're super itchy and uncomfortable. Now i'm stuck on their mailing list forever bc the unsubscribe button doesn't work and you can't do it from the website itself. tried the customer support from the website, but there's no indication that they received the message.

terrible binder after a month it no longer works even though it’s relatively expensive i’m sobbing in my bed because i can not go outside like this please do not buy their binders

My agender child is absolutely thrilled with the binder from you guys. We have tried several binders from a number of companies and I haven’t seen my kiddo smile like this in a couple of years! Your binder is exactly what she/he/they were looking for!

product is great, but the overall experience with GC2B is dreadful. Customer service is terrible, and good luck getting your order in a timely manner. Shipping/delivery takes way longer than expected.

I've never found a better binder. The last ones I got from this company was 8 years ago. I only bought more today because I've lost 30kg and needed a lower size. I've tried every binder, from cheap to expensive, under the sun. This brand was the most comfortable, durable, and reliable. The ones I got 8 years ago don't have any damage. They are easy to take on and off. I'm a plus sized transman. They have sizing up to 5xl. They offer simple ways to find the right size including a chart, and if you don't trust a chart you can measure, add in your measurements and then it calculates your sizing based on how tight the fit will be. I do recommend measuring yourself. You want a good fit that's still comfortable for every day use. Anyway. I've seen binding companies come and go over the years. I'm just so relieved you still exist. Because I've never found a better binder. Your prices are reasonable, your binders are world-class. Literally. I'm from Australia.

I don't know what has happened to the quality of the binders but they're awful now. I bought my first binder in 2018 and that's in better condition than the one I bought 6 months ago, my new one is already falling apart. I wouldn't mind but it costs more for worse quality. Clearly a case of quantity over quality. This use to be a family run business but I'm assuming since getting bigger they have abandoned their original values and standards of providing products that last. I will never be buying anything from this company again and will no longer be recommending them to people like I used to.

New 2.0 binder does about as much as a push-up bra. Pretty disappointing for someone who has been using GC2B on and off since the beginning of my transition almost a decade ago.

the first binder i bought from them was in 2021, it‘s always worked great and has only stopped binding as well due to being worn out, since ive worn it pretty much every day for the past 3 years.
i recently ordered another one, it fits absolutely amazing and makes my chest so flat *-*
i‘ve tried other brands as well and none come even close to these.

however the shipping prices are really high, it was 26€ for me (to austria), but i was informed by the customer service staff that the custom fees are included in the shipping prices.

the customer service staff is really friendly and helpful, and when an error occurred and i was additionally charged for custom fees the customer service staff was able to refund me for that, which honestly made my day that they‘re actually trying their best to help you.

also their packages are discreet, perfect for anyone who‘s still in the closet or doesnt want their family to know what they‘ve ordered.

would definitely recommend :)

gc2b binders are awful now. I used to love their binders in the 2010s, but since the pandemic (2019), I bought multiple binders from them and was met with INCREDIBLE pain in the rib and shoulder areas, and the racerback I received had poor stitching. The binding material on two of the grey ones were of white and black panels. COMPLETELY different binders and sizes, despite them being the same size listed. I compared them to my previous binders bought before 2019 which I still wear to this day...and they are sadly not even close. I wrote to them (nicely) about refunding me and my sibling because we didn't realize how dangerous their binders became until well after the return period when the well-deserved backlash started. All they did was tell me (politely) I may have sized wrong (not the case) and that it was past the extended 90 day return window. I made a case for how they should still honor the refund/return, since I have so many unworn binders from them. And they have since ghosted me. No response. Will never buy from them again. I was a loyal customer for almost a decade. No more.

I ordered a medium binder and received an extra small, I had to insist over and over again to the company that I received the wrong size, when they finally let me exchange the binder for a different one, it didn't even bind properly.

Crap customer service, they took a week to reply to my every mail, and they didn’t even reply at first (had to approach them 3 times before someone replied)! And on top of that I eventually received the wrong item. Also the company makes you pay for the return shipping. Also the quality of their binders are so bad compared to what they used to be about 5 years ago, they loosen up to be sports bras within a month.

Wowzer, wish I could leave 10 stars. Excellent customer service and amazing product. We ordered a binder 2 years ago and after wearing it daily, it’s still in excellent shape. We just purchased 2 more binders and bc of where we live (rural farming town) I requested discreet outside packaging. Fenton, the customer care agent, emailed to ask if it was safe to include stickers in the package. When I responded yes, bc it was for my child who loves stickers, he threw in extra stickers and a thoughtful note. I’m the type of customer that shows loyalty when it is earned, and I’ll keep using Gc2b based on these positive experiences.

They lost my package, do not have a good customer service base and told me to 'file a claim' despite not having a working link to do so or any contact information. They took fifty dollars from me, and then stopped responding after I said the link did not work.

Would never recommend, terrible customer service. Forces customers to pay for the return shipping. Sizes are not true to size. Makes exchanges impossible. Material is cheap and thin. Don’t waste your money

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht. Die Preise sind angemessen, die Qualität ist super, der Versand war bei meiner letzten Bestellung mega schnell. Für mich die absolut beste Wahl für Chest Binder. Der Customer Service war bei Problemen bis jetzt auch immer sehr hilfreich! Für mich nur zu empfehlen!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a binder, bought package protection, and waited for it to be delivered. It was never delivered despite my getting an email telling me it was delivered. I emailed GC2B and they said to talk to my post office, so I talked to my post office and they said the package was delivered to the wrong zip code. I emailed GC2B, saying I wanted a refund since I had bought package protection. That was a month and a half ago and they have not replied to multiple emails I have sent requesting my refund, despite the fact that they answered within 2 or 3 days before hand. I'm very annoyed and honestly the quality is bad as it turns out anyway.

EDIT: Get the spectrum binder! It works very well and is a much better breathing experience with fast shipping and fair prices!

I felt like it was one big scam. They couldn't even bother to reply to emails and they refunded me after I asked how much longer shipping was going to take. Really sad I used to really like this company :/
