I paid for a recorded webinar. I have tried to download it but my account says that the admin has disabled the video link. I have called and have also sat on the chat for 30 minutes now with no response. This site is a scam.

They attracted us to a learning session on a specific subject of interest, took our money, and "postponed it " a day or two later. They are currently refusing to refund. I am reporting them to their merchant credit card company. In my experience, this is an outright scam, I estimate deliberate.

I still cannot access the training I have paid for twice since Dec 2022. I have emailed and chatted but nothing ever happens.

Been receiving Spam e-mails for almost two years from this lot. They also seem to have passed on my details to lots of other training companies. Their unsubscribe link is blocked by my IT dept because they believe it is skimming data. They don't answer e-mails. I suggest you avoid them.
