We have since thoroughly reviewed our website and confirmed that it does not reference any other company.

We also want to clarify that every gift card submitted to us goes through a validation and vendor verification process.All cards that are successfully validated and approved are paid. While some transactions are completed within hours, others can experience delays due to additional vendor verification. Once approval is received, payment is released.

You're free to pursue any action you believe is appropriate. However, our validation showed that the gift card had no available balance at the time it was verified, so the transaction was rejected and no payment could be issued.
