We've used G D Jones & Son Ltd since we moved here 11 years ago. They have consistently provided excellent service from the telephone, online ordering facility and delivery and when we've run out they've delivered on the day.I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone seeking an oil delivery business.

I have used GD Jones for about 9 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service is excellent.

Quick and easy order , friendly staff

Quick , efficient , friendly service

Excellent, first class service. To be recommended.

Excellent as always. Highly recommend. Delivered after ordering same day

I did not know that the oil had been delivered until I received your survey request

After moving into my house last year the company were fantastic in arranging an emergency oil delivery for me when I had no heating and since then it has been a very easy process to order and pay online and very quick and efficient delivery service without needing to be in to accept the delivery. I have used this company twice since then and have always had a consistently great experience.

Brilliant service.

GD Jones provide a prompt friendly service. And have done for years.

Would highly recommend, we ran out of Oil and they came out as soon as they could, very friendly driver , will definitely be using them from now on
Thank you 🙂👍

Been using this company since December 2022 and had no problems until our last delivery in March 2026. I understood why they couldn't quote me a fixed price but even so the company took an authorisation from to charge up to certain amount which was the price on the day for 600 litres.
Oil was delivered 18/03/26 and my card was debited on 20/03/26 for an amount less than the maximum amount authorised.
Two months later, we get an "Overdue invoice" for the difference between the two amounts with no communication in those intervening two months. They apparently entered the incorrect value into their system.
Having argued that the error was not of my doing I've paid the balance and will now source a different supplier.

Fantastic service as always , fast and friendly

Quick & efficient delivery.competitive price. Only comment would be that I had no confirmation, ahead of the delivery, on when it would be coming. Luckily it was a new tank &, therefore, unlocked.

Arrived during the predicted window of time.

Awesome service
