I'm a tradesman and this company will occationally call me for odd bits of work. They're aware of my abilities and when something comes in they think i can manage, they call.
I have worked for maybe...6-8 other similar companies however, GD are by far the best and is the only one I do not hold reservations against due to their professionalism.
Not only do they ask the customer questions you put towards them, they easily understand what you're asking, are extremely understanding when it comes to the unexpected. Really accomodating, really polite, really professional.
They provide you proper job details, a job number and a number to call or message if you get stuck. WILL PAY for a callout even if you get there and you realise it's beyond your capabilities/you're not suited to do.
Honestly this company is the gold standard at which other maintenance call out companies need to follow.
It's boggles the mind as to why these other companies do things so illigally and at the detrement to the tradesmen they hire.
GD Property Solutions is great - tradesmen need not worry.

Would highly recommend GD Property Solutions. Had some electrical sockets upgraded and new lighting fitted - the firm did a great job at a reasonable price. Very happy and will use again

I am pleased to recommend GD Property Solutions…. Totally happy and couldn’t ask for a better service.They were professional in every way and did a really good job. They will be my first port of call from now on for electricity, plumbing and anything else that might arise….

Needed a plumber in a hurry due to leaking kitchen tap.that was leaking onto flat below.rang GD Property solutions who sent out a plumber with in 2 hours.problem fixed promptly much to our relief.very happy with price..now our go to plumber.

Dan was helpful and efficient letting me know when the electrician would be here.
Ross replaced my shower unit for me.
Polite and friendly.

It was very reassuring to speak to Dan who was able to give a specific date and time of when the plumber and heating engineer would be here. Both were friendly helpful and efficient and we were relieved to get the issues resolved.

I needed to get a room thermostat fitted urgently and, following several unsuccessful telephone calls, GD Property Solutions visited immediately and, as promised, returned with the necessary parts within two days, fitted it and gave full instructions on its use. Peter was very professional and friendly, and Dan has been very helpful.

Quick, friendly, professional on the phone. However, the electrician who responded to the call was here for five hours, talked a lot on the phone and ripped me off.

I asked for a boiler service on a Tuesday and they sent a guy round Wednesday morning. Very honest opinion on my old boiler and took photos to show me the corrosion that had built up over the years. Declared it safe for now but I am waiting for a quote for new boiler. Pleased so far!

Very disappointed about being completely over charged. How can any firm charge over £300 to change a light bulb. Disgraceful, do not use this company.

They answered and attended a call out the same day. Identified the problem and scheduled the repair. Kept us informed at all time whilst waiting, and then managed to bring the job forward by a week. The person that did the job was punctual, a very clean and tidy worker, and he was a very nice young man. We would certainly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I contacted GD Property Solutions as my boiler was not working. It was cold and wet. They were fantastic from the start. I initially left a message and within a few minutes received a call back. They confirmed they would send someone out the same day. I was informed of the costs upfront which were very reasonable and informed at every step what was going on. The engineer himself was amazing. So knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing and why. He had to replace some parts and he had them with him. He showed me why they needed changing and the difference in the parts. He went through my whole boiler and it has never worked so well. It's over 15 years old! I am so appreciative of the fantastic service received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. A professional service throughout. Thank you!!
