Great experience from start to finish. Great products at good prices and fast.

I purchased headphones for my Daughter in November. The button to turn them on has already broken. I contacted customer services and apparently the warranty doesn’t cover this. They are selling poor quality products. Beware!! I won’t be purchasing from this site again

I Was just about to buy a Watch Ultra 2 on the buy one get one free deal, and then all of a sudden the watch is no longer on the website (not even out of stock) and the deal has ended!

I received email of GearGeek for an offer of buy one get one free, so I decided to give it a try, I bought two smart watches and two air pods. I cant believe they are so good quality and packaging was so good. Smartwatch has all the options even nfc that I was not expecting. I was very happy with the purchase and I have ordered two more watches to gift someone.

AirPods have to be fully charged in order to work if the battery is even medium they won’t switch on, I messaged them about this and they sent me another pair for free but they are the same and do not work

Prompt delivery and tracking information was also provided, these ear phone connected to my iPhone 16pro seamlessly, the sound is good and the microphone is clear when making/taking phone calls, very happy with my purchase (they also come with a usb c charging cable 👍🏻

when i ordered it came 5 days later but they didnt give me anything or my money back

I’ve ordered twice now and on each occasion my order has been processed and delivered quickly.

Bought a fitness tracker for my son for Christmas. When trying to download the App it said the App was not available in my area so was unusable. Contacted customer services who advised I returned the item but refused to refund my return postage costs despite it being a fault beyond my control.
Would not rate this company or their customer service, would not recommend at all.
