I wouldn't recommend.
I called the branch in London 1 year ago when I needed help with my Pc. The customer service guy was not interested at all. Didn't care at all if I will use their services or not. It seemed as if I bother them with my call.

More recently, a month ago, I needed some help with my Pc. I sent them an email, again to the London branch, and I did not receive a reply.

It is clear to me that they do not need profit, customers or anything. You will most likely bother them.
