where is London cab Drivers? Don’t get a chance on what vehicles we can drive anymore. We have to drive an LEVC electric Taxi have mine two years now. I bought it secondhand with 55,000 miles on the clock but in that two years I’ve had two high voltage electric heater fans replaced and now I’ve got the third one and as it was over 15 months ago there is no gesture of Goodwill from LEVC or Gili or Volvo and I still got three years to pay for the cab and it’s now gonna cost me 2 1/2 thousand pounds to replace a high-voltage heater which apparently you can be lucky you’re unlucky depends on the heater. I don’t think Luke should come into it really I think for a Vehicle that’s used for a public hire Vehicle it should be up to the job and obviously it isn’t but I believe there’s no way I’ll get any compensation or any help from Keeley or LEVC.

Se state pensando di acquistare una Geely attratti dal design o dalle parole dell’AD Marco Santucci, fermatevi e riflettete bene. L’esperienza d’acquisto finisce nel momento in cui uscite dal concessionario; da lì in poi, in caso di necessità, siete soli.

Il miraggio dell'auto sostitutiva
Nonostante la garanzia preveda un'auto di cortesia, la gestione tramite Europ Assistance è un incubo burocratico:
Inizialmente mi è stato detto che l'auto spettava solo dopo il traino (5 giorni garantiti).
A traino effettuato, la versione cambia: "Bisogna rivolgersi al servizio clienti Geely".
Ottenuta l'autorizzazione da Geely (scoprendo che i giorni erano diventati 4 e non più 5), scopro che il centro prenotazioni chiude alle 17:30. Risultato? Bloccato a piedi.
La beffa finale: Quando finalmente rispondono, mi prenotano un'auto a 40 km di distanza in piena campagna, ignorando totalmente la presenza di autonoleggi (Avis, EuropCar, Noleggiare) sotto casa mia. Ma se uno chiede un'auto sostituiva, evidentemente non può farsi 40 km per andarla a prendere... a piedi? Spendendo una fortuna di taxi?

Danni collaterali e costi extra
A causa di questa disorganizzazione, non ho potuto attivare l'auto sostitutiva della mia polizza RCA (avendo già usato il traino Geely), e nel frattempo i prezzi dei noleggi privati sono lievitati. Un danno economico oltre al disagio.

Ricambi e magazzino: Realtà vs Interviste
L'AD Marco Santucci vanta nelle interviste un magazzino ricambi in Italia pronto a tutto. La realtà in officina è ben diversa: i tempi di riparazione comunicati sono indefiniti. Mi chiedo: con soli due modelli circolanti nel Paese, com'è possibile non avere uno stock adeguato? Forse il magazzino contiene solo spazzole tergicristalli e olio motore? Sarò lieto se dovessi ricredermi...

Conclusione
Un marchio che vuole essere premium non può permettersi un'assistenza così dilettantesca, dove la mano sinistra non sa neppure cosa fa la mano destra. Se non volete restare a piedi per settimane aspettando che qualcuno capisca "la procedura", comprate un'altra marca.

Ho acquistato una Starray EM Launch Edition nella sede di Roma e desidero evidenziare l'ottimo servizio ricevuto sin dal momento del primo colloquio con il Sig. Palmieri.
Ho rilevato grande disponibilità, competenza, educazione (mai scontata di questi tempi) e simpatia.
Avevo le idee abbastanza chiare, quindi è stato più agevole acquistare la vettura.
L'iter di acquisto si è svolto nei tempi previsti e oggi ho ritirato la vettura, tra l'altro con una piacevole sorpresa, che non svelo per non evitare la sorpresa agli ulteriori acquirenti.
Per il momento complimenti alla Geely ed al Suo Staff.

I bought the Geely Cityray 2025 with a lot of excitement and confidence, thinking I was getting a new, modern, worry-free car. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been far from what I expected.

At only 4,000 km, I already noticed rust on the rear axle. Honestly, I didn’t expect a brand-new car to show such signs so early.

From just a few hundred kilometers, I noticed metallic noises when shifting gears and engaging, as well as knocking sounds when driving over bumps or uneven surfaces. At low RPMs, the engine makes unusual sounds that do not feel like a new car at all. At first, I thought it was just part of the break-in period and that it would settle over time. Unfortunately, the noises have remained.

I have visited the service center five times for the same issues. In the end, I was told that everything I reported is “normal” and that this is the response from the factory. I find it hard to believe that constant metallic knocking, which is clearly audible even from outside, can be considered normal for a new car.

On top of that, the sound insulation is quite poor. On roads with rough or uneven asphalt, the noise inside the cabin becomes tiring and uncomfortable.

The warranty seems to work only on paper because my issues were never resolved. My experience has been negative, and honestly, I cannot recommend this model.

Very deceptive marketing strategy offers and no reliability in this brand.
