Ordered 2 guns and 2 extra clips. After 4 weeks had one gun and one clip delivered in a box from a persona address. Emailed for 2 weeks before getting a response. Company finally refunded my money for the gun but not the 24 dollars for the clip. They have since now stopped responding. Please do not buy from this company. You will regret it.

Bought my son, who is absolutely responsible, a gelblaster. The trigger broke on day 2. I email the company in December and said verbatim “it’s impossible to break the trigger without misuse”. Well guess what, zero misuse and ANYTHING can break. Waiting for the part since December and zero contact. Buyer beware

I love my gel blaster, it's insane.

The product is good, the shipping was fast and the customer service is helpful.

Gun worked fine, it did jam a few times but was able to mess with it to get it unjammed. Only issue I had was the battery didn't charge at all so l had to use another one.

The quality is very good, my son loves it, and l will continue to repurchase.

I ordered a M4A1 Gen8 gel blaster (by Jiming) and it went perfectly... that's where the good ended. I then ordered a M249 Saw (by Zehua) and it came broken I asked to return it and they had me PROVE it was broken (first bad sign), after 2 videos and a long email chain they sent me the stuff to return the gun, except a way to pay me, in fact i returned the gun and 2 days later they had a second hand M249 Saw for sale.... but i had not been payed at all. In the same order I bought a Dessert Eagle (by Renxiang) and after about 200-300 shots it broke (and I was still not payed for the Saw at this point). In the same order as the Saw and Dessert Eagle I ordered two 11.1V Batteries, they never came, in fact I am having to reverse the charges for them not paying me and when I asked to have them ship it to me THEY SAID TO PROVE I DID NOT RECIVE THEM, how the heck do I do that and I asked them about it and they refused to do anything about it. I still have not been payed for these orders and only after 20 or so days of waiting did they refund me for the Saw.

I HIGHLY recommend you do not buy from this company and save your money for elsewhere.

Also, they do not ship everything in the pictures of there products, my Saw was supposed to come with a bipod but when I asked about it the said "your version does not come with a bipod" which is BS to me for a almost $200 gel gun made almost entirely of plastic.

Great quality, big step up over the ''regular'' Cyma M4. The high speed motor is significantly faster and all the upgraded parts are quality brands [ SHS, etc. even a good branded 11.1v battery is included. l cam also upgrade the spring through the buffer tube mount so l do not need to disassemble the whole receiver!

I bought a kriss vector v2 gel blaster and came without battery, they said that's because it's to leave you to choose between 7v or 11v battery but in the product that's not specified and a missing presion lock watcher that goes on the stock and they say I can leave it like that cause it's not necessary....

Came well packaged! 3 boxes of what it comes it comes with recommended to buy for starters!

They are a sketchy company. I purchased a Gel gun advertised as being manufactured by HLF. It said it all over the product description and product picture. The gun they shipped was made by XYL. We had attachments that would only fit the HLF manufacturer version, hence why we discovered what the company was doing. I contacted the company and they denied, denied, denied. Straight up lied to me and were very demeaning and challenging to communicate with. During the email communication with them they proceeded to change the product description and pictures to say it was manufactured by XYL. I had to show them screen shots of their own website (from when I purchase the gun) where they said it was made by HLF. I pulled up archived pages and sent them indisputable proof they were scamming me. Stay far, far away from gelblastergun.com
