Gemgala is a good app, it's paying rate on winnings is high and the app ability to let the user gather coins is awesome from doing task
But the reason why I am not given a 5star is because the app is a little bit hard, you hardly see where to do exchange, people don't respond to questions. Aside using your card you hardly see whom to buy coins from, owing an agency is at a high demand of buying coins and also having an agency isnt flexible.
I will recommend that the app should allow users who are able to buy a million or less coins become agent so they can bring in people and also coins vendors should be encouraged so that those who don't have card or those who's card have issues can still get coins from vendors in the app via transfer
Customer service email should be added so a direct email can be sent

Your network is the poorest of all apps please work on it
