**El servicio ha empeorado y el gasto de créditos se ha triplicado**

Mi experiencia reciente con SnapGen.ai ha sido muy negativa. Algunos modelos han dejado de funcionar correctamente y las generaciones de vídeo fallan con demasiada frecuencia.

Además, el coste en créditos se ha disparado de un día para otro sin que el servicio haya mejorado. La semana pasada, generar un vídeo de 10 segundos con Grok me costaba 8 créditos. Ayer, exactamente el mismo tipo de generación pasó a costar 24 créditos. Es decir, el gasto se ha multiplicado por tres.

También ofrecen el modelo Seedance 2.0 Omni, pero en mi caso no funciona correctamente y no permite generar los vídeos como debería. Resulta especialmente frustrante pagar más créditos mientras varios modelos presentan errores o directamente no funcionan.

Me parece una vergüenza que aumenten tanto el consumo de créditos sin ofrecer estabilidad, explicaciones claras ni un funcionamiento fiable. Antes de pagar una suscripción o comprar créditos, recomiendo comprobar muy bien qué modelos funcionan realmente y cuánto cuesta cada generación.

Bait and switch. Promises free tier to induce people to log in and waste time inputting data and prompts, then informs user the alleged "free" stuff they promised is nonexistent.

-Grok has been under maintenance for ages.
-Prompts you to download mobile app where you can generate videos from images for free only for that to be a lie. Whenever you try to generate a video you just get the popup to pay up and can't do anything.

I get it that you need to make money but ffs at least don't lie and actually start working on your trashy website, get your models off maintenance and if you're going to say I can do something on the app that betetr be the case. Scum.

I got ripped off by these guys. I paid for a subscription to use VEO 3, but the service was down for 15 days, and they didn’t refund my money. I then bought credits to use Grok, but the next day when I logged back in, the credits were gone—they stole them. The website said I was a premium customer, but in reality, I didn’t have access to anything. They probably think they didn’t steal enough from me—maybe they even wanted to steal more. Thieves and crooks. Total scam!

They are big scammer. When you buy plan $15 for 2 days it work fine. After that they will make freeze all your video generation then you can't make more videos. Be careful to them. No waste your money. Report this site to cyber security this site must remove.

Die Free Version ist recht träge und langsam! Ich benutze nur die Grok 3 Video-Version, seit Grok 4 für Videos nicht mehr freigeschaltet ist. Leider ist auch hier die Zensur sehr hochgeschraubt. Aber man kann damit noch Videos erstellen ohne Grok monatlich kaufen zu müssen. Habe mir jetzt versuchsweise 4000 cedits für 20$ gekauft. Mal sehen wie es läuft. Auf jeden Fall klapp die Generierung jetzt deutlich schneller, aber der Zensurfilter ist sehr hart!

Don't buy the subscription, be careful.
I bought the $15 subscription, but I've never used it. It's always been a work in progress, and it doesn't let you do anything. The problem is that there's no way to request a refund. I even emailed them, but nothing. They're scammers, and you should report them to the authorities.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.

The service is extremely unstable. Most of the time, video generation fails with repeated errors, and the main models are frequently under maintenance for long hours or even entire days.

As a paid subscriber, this is unacceptable. I paid for credits and access, yet:
- Video generation fails repeatedly
- Models are often unavailable due to constant maintenance
- There is no clear communication or maintenance schedule
- My time and credits were wasted

The platform feels unfinished and unreliable. Instead of completing projects, I spent most of my time dealing with errors and downtime.

Customer support responses are generic and usually redirect users to Discord without providing real solutions, clear timelines, or any compensation.

I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable AI video generation platform, especially paid users.

And why is there such a problem??? What are we paying money for????
