Just got my diamond and ruby ring, Stellar Creations by Sunny. Absolutely love it! Invisibly set rubies and flawless diamonds. They did a nice job with packaging. Came in a cute ring box with a little light in it to showcase the ring. Kudos to your packaging department! My only complaint is that even though it was post office express, it took 6 days to get here and was stuck in Georgia post office for 5 days with no movement

Called and got a price for an item. I said I will buy it. Suddenly I got another person on the line that gave me a price 6 times more!
When they have "Call in Off-air Price" without giving u any suggested price is a scam! The person on the phone can change it to whatever they want!

Have purchased things through Gem Shopping for several years. Have generally been pleased. Recently had to return something and instead of contacting customer service, my call first went to a sales rep. Not sure why! Seems like a waste of everyone’s time - - particularly when they are having a busy show and all lines are busy. Customer Service is only reachable weekdays and should have a dedicated phone line like they used to!

For the most part, pretty good but they will cancel your order without telling you. And even though you can contact them 24 hours to purchase something, their customer service is limited to Eastern standard time from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, which is ridiculous when they are selling merchandise that can exceed over $100,000

Just wanted to let Gem shopping know that I do have my favorites on vendors, but I do watch you a lot. Yes I do return some jewelry but I’m so pleased with the items that I have over the years shopping with you. Kingsley team is great! and Stellar Creations and Mike with his specials and Native American jewelry. I love David and his pearls! Benko and his gems!

If there was less than 1 star I would give it less. However JC, service rep is more than you could ask for.Tia (sp)is beyond disposable and should be replaced by an educated,smart business wise person. I have no doubt that the founder Frank would be more than disgusted with the person she has become.

I wish Kurt would not repeat things over and over and over. It is so annoying. Please someone tell him he doesn’t need to say something over and over. Hard to watch! Love gem shopping networks jewelry but do not enjoy him and the way he presents things. We heard it the first four times, don’t need to repeat it many more times!!!!!

Avi said that the item I bought, he would buy back because he liked it so much. He also said it would be valued at 40,000 today. It was an Alexandre Reza piece. I called Kingsley and GSN and couldn't get any help from either. You are on your own. These people are somewhat charming, highly disingenuous. Could not be more disappointed in them. Never ever again.

I just want to know why Kurt feels the need to talk so much. He could probably show more pieces if he didn't have an indesdant need to talk. I have to change the channel when he's on. I want to see jewelry not listen to him. And if you mute he still takes generous on air time yapping in camera

Purchased the flawless diamond ring from stellar creations. Advertised size 7. Confirmation email says 8.5. needed it for Christmas which did happen and they agreed to have me send it back on their dime and resize it. It is now the 29th and I have called four times and they've acknowledged that management made this decision and it will be taken care of. Still no FedEx shipping label in my email. I also sent two emails with my address phone number etc and order number. So far nothing in my email and of course my email works when they send me the receipt after purchase. Also, I am well aware to check junk email. Very disappointed and following through and I made a 5-minute purchase of an expensive item. I also purchased four or five times of them and on the one thing I had to return it was also a disaster. They should have respect for their good customers. Eventually did the right thing and said they sent an email 3 days ago but it was nowhere to be found. I guess I had to pursue it more than I was happy about. I now have my FedEx return slip and they will be sizing the ring and sending it back which was a nice gesture on their part. A good recovery after a bad start

While recovering from surgery I got hooked on Gem Shopping Network. I bit the bullet and bought a Effy butterfly ring. What a mistake. WAY OVER PRICED. Once I received it, I realized what a joke it was. Small, cheap feeling, and not stamped Effy. The diamonds get snagged in clothes, the ring not smooth. I researched Effy butterfly rings and found better, nicer ones, for the same price or less. Never again.

Please please understand: I mean no disrespect towards anyone or any jeweler To Gemshopping: YOU SPOIL US!!! You have too many customers that you have spoiled too much!!! I feel some of these Gemshopping customers need to actually go to the other high end jeweler stores and see how much they will pay for a half Ct diamond bracelet vs Gemshopping with a 10 Ct diamond bracelet!!! And also fyi!!!! GEMSHOPPING HAS THE BEST COMPANIES!!!!! I am apologizing for some of these SPOILED CUSTOMERS THAT FEEL THEY NEED AN EVEN BETTER DEAL THEN WHAT YOU ALREADY GIVE THEM!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! Gemshopping not only has THE BEST COMPANIES: BUT THE BEST DIAMONDS, DEALS,AND ITS ALL REAL!!!!! No BS OF BLAB CREATED YES I SAID BLAB ON PURPOSE OR TITANIUM OR MOISANNITE (however spelt I don’t care) BUT I MEAN IT MAKES ME ANGRY THAT SOME OF THESE PEOPLE EXPECT BETTER THAN WHAT GEMSHOPPING OFFERS!!! I think those people should be band for one month from Gem and buy from all the other jewelry stores and let’s see the deals they get from those LET ME KNOW IF ITS LAB CREATED OR TITANIUM BS OR MOISANITTE WHATEVER THE HOSTS, THE JEWELER COMPANIES ALL DO AND GIVE THE VERY BEST!!!!! I feel if that’s not good enough: BAN THAT PERSON ONE MONTH AND SEE HOW WELL IT GOES FOR THEM!!! I blame Gemshopping, their hosts, and the awesome jewelry companies that sacrifice and give everyone the best deals possible as well as teaching us and enetertsining us 24/hrs a day!!!! Yes I blame Gemshopping and I LOVE YOU FOR IT I apologize for anyone that wants FLAWLESS DIAMONDS FOR A DOLLAR!!!! You do not deserve that Again I mean no disrespect to other jewelers as everyone is trying to make a living but that’s my point: everyone that works at Gemshopping GOES OVER AND BEYOND AND yet some people think they deserve more!!!! Yuk Thank you Gemshopping for giving us such a variety, as well as teaching us, and entertaining us 24/hrs a day!!!!! At least I can say I have never had to worry if what I purchased is real or not LIKE SOME OTHER JEWLER SHOWS I PURCHASED FROM AND FOUND OUT NOT ALL REAL!!!!! At least I can trust you THE QUALITY IS AWESOME AS WELL

I am a brand new shopper on the Gem Shopping Network. I was a little apprehensive to shop from TV but I have to say my experience with this company has been Wonderful. I received my item exactly when I was notified it would be delivered by FedEx. Also, I was kept up-to-date with every step of my delivery. The prices of the jewelry is so much better than retail and the quality is Outstanding! I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with this company and will continue to shop at Gem Shopping Network in the future.

there was a bit if a delay in shipping one order & customer service promptly took care uf the matter, other calls regarding ordering on line also were explained clearly.
