I placed an order for display fixtures I needed for an event. There was a problem on the shippers end that caused a delay and I wouldn't receive my order on time. I contacted customer service for help. They went above and beyond to get another shipment to me just in time for the setup of my event. My customer service rep was also very timely and kind in his correspondence.
I love the quality and price of their products. I only use their fixtures to display my handmade artwear jewelry.

I’ve been using Gems On Display products for at least 15 years if not 20. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always know I can count on fast shipping and good products. The customer service, on the ear occasion that something has gone awry, has always been stellar. If you have the opportunity to compare the products from GOD to another supplier, you would see the difference. Other shops might even sell ‘flocked’ jewelry boxes as ‘velvet’, that won’t happen at GOD. Even the classic white boxes are a great quality and true to size. The acrylic gem pots are a great quality too. I ship at least one item from GOD with every order I fill. I’ve had so many compliments over the years about these products. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for my supplies. I was lucky to have found GOD in the beginning and I hope to continue this relationship with them for many years to come. Mary CougarCoveJewelry

I ordered a custom logo print job on some pen boxes. I realized shortly after ordering that I had sent them the wrong artwork. I asked them to hold off and I would send them the correct artwork. That was on a Monday. I sent a note Tuesday asking if they were able to use my artwork and they replied yes. On Thursday I received my order - 72 hours after I sent them the corrected artwork. Crazy fast processing time and shipping time. The boxes turned out excellent. I will use Gems on Display every time.

I order custom printed displays for this company often and they are perfect!! Every time I have called or emailed I get a real person with a prompt response! Helpful and easy to work with- I've done a ton of display ordering and this is the best product I've received! Hot tip: get your logo printed on displays!! It's make a huge impact to presentation!

Placed order for jewelry display board. Money taken out of bank. Never received confirmation of order or tracking. Left message on webpage. Received email with tracking number. Tracking number stopped at 2nd destination. Never got to me. Asked for refund and haven't heard anything back.

After being lied to twice about the item being shipped, the item was supposedly shipped but only the try insert I ordered was delivered today. I had explained on both calls previously that I need this display for a gallery opening Friday. Today, Saturday, the packing slip states the tray is backordered! Having no stock is one thing, lying to me on 2 different occasions and telling me the item has shipped on both occasions is absolutely unacceptable. I've ordered from this company on several occasions and have had a couple of issues but they've always fixed it and have never lied like this. I'll be finding my displays elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

Gems on Display is a small business that has provided custom jewelry boxes for my small business of handmade jewelry. Overall, with more than approximately 50,000 boxes we've purchased in 7 years, I found the quality of the boxes to be exceedingly of high quality.

Any poor or damaged boxes were promptly replaced, as this was the responsibility of the printer Gems on Display contracts out with, and Gems on Display honored their commitment to us by making sure we had beautiful custom boxes in the amount we purchased.

Customer service overall was satisfactory. Specifically, there could have been better communication regarding the timing of what day a credit card would be billed and shipment timelines. I would have appreciated more communication or transparency about when my order was being processed, where it was at in the print cycle, and when I could expect to receive the boxes.

Gems on Display could exceed expectations with customer service if they put into place some minor training for employees who answer the phone. When the one taking and returning calls, speaks with enthusiasm, energy, and self assurance it would greatly increase the confidence small businesses like my own have in the company when making inquiries. Perception makes a difference, when the receptionist speaks knowledgeably or at least sounds a bit more lively, it increases trust that all is well behind the scenes.
