Ease of use
The lights are easy to use and have fun with. The preset settings and the ones built by other owners give you lots of options and then as you learn the app, you can build your own settings, giving your home your own personal touch.

Gemstones offers a large variety options for special events, special colour events. Easy to use app on cell phone
Looks great and lots of compliments

The team was quick and friendly. They did an excellent job of installing my Gemstone Lights and I couldn't be happier! The app is easy to use and the lights look great!

It looks great and good looking patterns

The whole process was easy, from online inquiry to app instruction. We absolutely love them; the hit of the neighborhood.
Installer was great; you’d think our home was built with them from the beginning. No regrets!

The lights added great curbside appeal to our house. The app is easy to use and provides endless options. Look forward to enjoying for many years with a great warranty included.

From quote to installation, my experience was nothing but professional. This product is fantastic! The quality is amazing, they can colour match any soffit colours for a seamless installation. All wiring is hidden and paired with the new hub2 controllers, you have endless options. LED's are so bright, I had to dim them a bit. At 100% brightness, my whole front yard was illuminated. The app is easy to use and I love the pre-determined patterns for all kinds of events. You can take a deep dive and customized your own patterns, set timers and share with the world. It's the lighting system you didn't know you needed.

The install team is great. They worked fast and cleaned up after they were done. The lead installer sat with us and answered all our questions and was very thorough showing us how the program worked.

It’s only been a few weeks since installation and we are very satisfied with the installation and as important the look. We like the fact that the fixtures are barely visible when off and very visible when on. The app is easy to use and the array of color combinations are almost limitless. Cars are stopping frequently in front of our house to take a look. GREAT LOOK!!

The dealer (Avalan) is very accommodating and did a good job from sales staff and technicians. We also like the new hub controller. It’s fantastic.

I do love the lights we did have one issues that I thought was a controller but when the tech got out found a bad connection to the controller I love that I can set pretty much everything on it still learning a few things but it is great

First the contractor, Josh, from Bright Scapes Contracting, was fantastic. Did a great job and was very particular on place of the tracks and the electrical box. Showed my how to use the app etc.
And the lights themselves are great. Not to mention my husband does not have to put up lights anymore!

the service ease of contact with Rooham electric help with app and the look of lights both when on and off very proffesional

Love our Gemstone lights! Not only are they beautiful, the track is hidden from view and the light combinations are endless. They are bright and festive and can be used year round for all holidays. No more climbing on tall ladders to decorate!

Our lights went up in 5 hours. They are beautiful. Love all the options.

Customer service is great. Lights are fun and beautiful. 4 stars because I find it difficult to maneuver through and find different patterns. Some of the patterns seem the same. Maybe I just need more practice

Installers did great job and answered all my questions. Got me setup and product looks great.

Good quality. Good support
