Excellent service, friendly staff, I would recommend for Will services

I don’t imagine it’s an easy thing for most to think off but Kayleigh from Genesis Estate planning was very clear and very lovely throughout.

These guys were so helpful! Making a Will has long been on my list of “Things to do” so after a recent situation prompted me to prioritise this I called Genesis. They offered phone or in person appointments which was super convenient for me and on the appointment they gave clear advice and then followed up with an email so I could process my options easily. Once I’d made my choices, it was a quick turnaround and I’m so relieved now that it’s done. Great value and also offered packages bespoke to my needs. 100% recommend!

I didn't have a clue how to go about sorting my Will and really didn't like the thought of sitting down and talking about my death for half an hour with a perfect stranger but from my first contact with these guys I was put at ease and guided through their process step by step. They made me feel completely at ease and did all the work for me. My in laws and a couple of my friends now have wills with them. Excellent job guys
