Best European ketogenic meal replacement powder with low carb amount and surprisingly good taste at a more than reasonable price. The order process and delivery to Germany are painless and efficient, shipping costs on the low end.

I’ve tried so many meal replacement shakes, including Huel, but Genesis Foods’ Glycogenesis shakes have been my favourite for a while now. The nutrition, flavour and ingredients all are exactly what I would look for in a shake (especially as I don’t tolerate plant-based proteins well).

The product makes it so easy for me to meet my nutritional goals and I am definitely much better off for it.

Customer service has always been exceptional. I had a problem with delivery which was out of their control but Joe went out of his way to rectify it for me. They have always been very responsive when I've reached out to them.

It's clear that the team puts so much effort and care into developing and iterating on the formula. They are active on reddit discussing the product and its future development and I am frequently blown away by the consideration that has gone into each aspect of the product. Eco-friendly packaging too!

The taste was... far from good.

Great product, I will buy again. The ones with flavor are sweet and tasty, but my favorite was the unflavored because it's not any sweet or has a friendly taste so it helped a lot breaking my addiction to carbs.

Really impressed with KetoGenesis, their products taste amazing and helped me lose loads of weight really quickly through ketosis. I love their strawberry and chocolate flavours. Their staff are incredibly helpful and friendly also.

The most comprehensively well-thought meal replacement, currently the best there is.
A possible improvement would be replacing sucralose with stevia in flavoured versions.

Ordered two sets of keto mixes about three weeks apart. Delivery was prompt both times.
Used a nutribullet to blend the mixes with ice. While there was a mild fishy odour from the powder it wasn’t present when mixed - all four flavours I ordered tasted fantastic.

Order took 12 weeks to arrive. How is it possible to ship so slowly? I know the year is 2020 but c'mon!

Now I'm too pissed to replace meals with powder :(

Great ketogenic meal replacement shake! The flavored versions were too sweet for my taste, so I've been ordering unflavored and mixing in 0.5-1g cacao powder. I've been drinking it for a few months now and it's super convenient!

I'm impressed by the quality of their nutritional information and scientific justification. Staff have also been very responsive to my questions.

Works as advertised. Taste and feel takes some getting used to, as can be expected from a ketogenic meal replacement. Practical and easy to use.
