Would not recommend ordering from this website. Have waited a month for item and it has still not been shipped never mind delivered. Reached out to the customer service team to be told there was a delay and they can guarantee that the order will be delivered within the next 7 working days. Still waiting for the shipment of the item. After reading other reviews and similar bad experiences, I opened up a payment dispute with my bank. This did not go well with the customer service team. The man named Eduardo that I was in contact with seemed more concerned about the payment dispute which resulted in me getting the money back temporarily than the customer service of the company. I was asked by Eduardo several times to close the payment dispute which I declined until I was guaranteed my item (as well as authenticity due to other reviews mentioning fake designer items being delivered).

They sent an email saying the item had been dispatched a few days after the order but in reality this was just a delay tactic as a month later they still haven't dispatched anything. We have had some back and forth with excuses made about demand for their products but only when I request to cancel my order, I receive another email saying that the item has been dispatched. It is clear that this is simply a lie once again and that nothing will ever arrive. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE! Ordered 2 jackets, paid the money then did not receive them. Tired to contact them through email but it bounced and could not get in touch with them at. Total SCAM!!!!!

Items not as described. Refused refund. Had to pay to send the items back myself. They then claimed they didn’t receive the items even though they were tracked. Zero communication from the company, it’s been months. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a hoodie on the 6th of September, parcel posted on the 8th of September, allegedly, it still hasn't arrived and this is now the 28th of September, paid in good faith, yet I haven't received what I have paid for, more or less giving up on getting my order, stay well clear, asthma seems like a scam, as their website is no longer being posted on Facebook

Utterly dreadful. Awful quality clothes, under armour fakes. Far too small, appalling quality, very long delivery time, awful customer service with lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THE SITE. Geneve Man is the trading name. Incredibly disappointed, I just gave the clothes away to a young lad in the sports club as none was even close to fitting me. 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered a jumper over 3 weeks ango, 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received an email from them regarding dispatch or delivery. I enquired about it to be told they have a 12-15 day dispatch time, I told them I wasn’t not made aware of this and to refund the order as I felt scammed. They ignored my request completely and told me they’d dispatch it very soon, I responded that I didn’t want the item I want the refund. No response. 3 weeks later, still no dispatch email. Contacted them once again and requested my refund, no response. Later that day, I receive a dispatch email with a tracking number I don’t even feel is trustworthy to click on.
I contacted my bank a few days ago about the payment as I hadn’t received the dispatch emails or the parcel & give all details about the company that I possibly could. This evening they have the cheek to email me to tell me to cancel the chargeback on the order as it would help them out ‘tremendously’! Absolute joke and I would NOT entice anyone to purchase from this site.

Absolute shocking company. Do not buy from these at all. They haven’t sent my package and will not give me my money back. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING AT ALL COSTS.

Purchase Polo shorts which were clearly fake upon arrival (no labels, poorly made, fabric was almost see through). Order took ages to arrive (had to clear customs) and then was expensive to return (£20). Over a month has passed and it is still stuck in the customs / 'delivery handling' so it is highly unlikely a refund will ever be processed.

Ordered lacoste shorts and they're so fake and cheap its unbelievable!

Bad quality, not what they looked like in pictures, very cheap materiels considering the price. Bought two pairs of shorts and both are thin, cheap and unwearable. Shipped from China, took a while. Returns are available at your own expense to ship all the way back to China. Essentially like Shein but expensive. Would not buy again, Instagram ad got me bad.

Doesn't deserve a star fake Ralph Lauren Shorts don't get sucked in
