Immaculate service. Perfect communication. All the promises (re. time of delivery, etc.) kept. A real joy. I highly recommend. And do not look for alternatives as far as buying “Relojes y Joyas de Lujo” is concerned (my experience with one of these alternatives, M., was a nightmare). My compliments, Genevecompany.com and Mrs.Sofía (a real asset for the company) in particular.

Ich habe heute bei Herrn Mohit Lalwani zwei Tag Heuer Solaruhren für meine Frau und mich gekauft. Herr Lalwani hat uns sehr freundlich und kompetent bedient. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

For context, I ordered a watch online. Not through one of their stores.

Delivery:
Processing was a little slow but I was told it was because DHL was experiencing some logistical issues so I won't mark them down for that.

I made the order late on a Friday, it was in DHL's hands the following Wednesday, and it was delivered to me in Ireland the following Monday. So 6 days in total from ordering to delivery which isn't terrible but not fantastic either.

One thing I did not know before ordering from Geneve: While the Canary Islands are part of Spain and thus part of the EU, they are not part of the EU’s tax area. So even though the package is technically travelling solely within the EU, the item has to go through customs. DHL handled everything here but it did take longer than DHL Express usually takes when sending within the EU (usually 1-2 days in my experience, versus the 3 here).

The watch came nicely packed, no notable damage to anything.

Customer Service:
Very quick response time via their email and little fluff in answering my questions. Delightful experience in this regard.

My husband bought a Tag watch here a couple of days ago from Sofia. What a beautiful lady who helped him choose this gorgeous smartwatch. We went back the next day & we were helped by a lovely gentleman who set up the watch for my husband. The service received here was just outstanding from everyone we spoke to. They went above & beyond & exceeded our expectations. Fabulous shop!

Ha sido toda una experiencia que recomiendo totalmente. La ubicacion cerca del mar, la joyeria de alto lujo como sus productos. Y por su puesto el inmejorable trato de sus vendedores. Geneve es el mejor sitio para una compra de calidad y recuerdo.

Ich habe bei dieser Firma eine Panerai bestellt und kann nur dringend davon abraten. Der Versand hat 320,- Euro gekostet und mich 4 Tage lang in Atem gehalten, weil nichts geklappt hat. Nur Chaos und das für eine lächerliche Ersparnis von 300,- Euro. Das Versandgeschäft dieser Firma ist überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert (über das Ladengeschäft kann ich nichts sagen). Ich ärgere mich sehr, dass ich die Uhr nicht in Deutschland gekauft habe, wo ich sie zum gleichen Preis bekommen hätte. Das ganze hat 2 Monate!!! gedauert und am Schluss hat der Verkäufer nicht mehr geantwortet. Nie wieder!!!!
Die Antwort von Geneva spricht für sich. Und diese tollen Ankündigungen von Servicequalität sind reines Geschwätz. Das war ein echter Albtraum, den ich niemand anderem wünsche.

Todo el contenido del curso esta espectacular, soy amante del vino y cada botella es un mundo y cada día aprendo cosas nuevas. Excelente trato, profesionalidad, atención al cliente, una gran experiencia.

I had a lovely experience as a customer at Geneve Mogan Mall, They really took their time to both talk watches, share their knowledge and recommendations and share personal experience. In my travelling experience its not a guarantee that you get a friendly rapport like with these guys. Can fully recommend if your into watches and looking for a personal experience.
