I had a great experience with Genfollower during the quote and sample request process for pipette tips. Their customer service is very quick to respond, and the samples arrived in Brazil in less than a week. The product quality is good and meets our expectations

I had the opportunity to test GenFollower’s 12-channel reagent reservoirs after the company kindly provided us with a complimentary sample, and my overall impression has been very positive.
The reservoirs are well designed and manufactured from a high-quality material. They provide the right balance between rigidity and ease of handling: they remain stable during pipetting without excessive flexing, while still being lightweight and practical. The channels are clearly defined and conveniently arranged, enabling smooth and accurate aspiration with multichannel pipettes.
These reservoirs are versatile and suitable for several routine laboratory applications, from holding and transferring reagents with multichannel pipettes to use inside a cell culture hood or biological safety cabinet. Their design makes repeated liquid-handling procedures more efficient, organized, and comfortable.
I would also like to highlight the excellent support provided by GenFollower’s customer service team. They have been consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our interactions. Both the quality of the product and the professionalism of the team have made a very good impression on us.
My experience working with GenFollower could not have been smoother. I was able to test the product to my own specifications and was pleasantly surprised by the service by their staff and the quality of the product I received. Every response was timely and helpful.
Buying lab consumables from GenFollower has been so easy and straight forward. The customer service (Chloe in particular) has been absolutely outstanding, and Chloe was happy to provide us with free samples shipped to the UK so we could trial them before purchasing. The quality of the consumables GenFollower are selling are great - we have been very impressed by the LTS compatible tips.
