SCAM! BEWARE!
When I submitted payment for my Genetic Test - pmnt went to some Hailey Heard. No reputable / legitimate company would have that! I requested refund.

I first learned about Genlab Chemicals from a friend and I have never stopped getting my product from genlab chemicals.

I heartily endorse their product. Never for once have I regretted purchasing my goods from them.

I adore their merchandise. I adore their customer service in particular. Their goods are quite durable. I heartily endorse Genlab Chemicals. They are the best I have tested, and I have been using them for a while.

I've spent almost $300 with this company and one package was seized by customs that was supposed to be shipped US to US domestic which put me on the customs watch list so I can't order medications internationally anymore and put one of my trusted merchants out of business and I have still never received any merchandise so I have basically been ripped off by GenLabs.

This message is to prevent people from losing their money and getting scammed by this site like everybody else has. I personally have experienced their BS. They got me for $250 which isn't very much but after arguing with them back and forth and agreeing to remove the bad review. + Basically say that I was being impatient and jumped to conclusions and that they are a good company with a public apology, I finally got them to send me a package with a legit tracking number. But the screenshot was sloppy with no return address. This was suspicious because they told me that this package was domestic and charged me $50 for priority Express shipping 2 to 4 days. But when I finally tracked the package, it was somewhere out in the desert in India and ultimately ended up getting seized at customs once it arrived in New York.
I got a letter from customs about the seizure and they gave him the option to appeal. Obviously I declined + they said if they did not get a response that they would just destroy the merchandise. Now I'm probably on some watch list. With that being said, this website sells counterfeit banknotes and stolen cloned debit cards. Could you imagine the trouble that I would be in if I got a package seized in route to my address with fake money counterfeit money? These guys are so full of it. One more thing, if you look at the last three reviews on trustpilot you will see that they were all written around the same time, two in December and one at the beginning of January with different wording but all the same type of writing style. It just seems manufactured. These guys are fake scammers and the only way that they were able to operate with all those good reviews in the beginning was because they allegedly bribed trust pilot to let them operate online knowing their reviews were not legitimate and there's no telling how many other sites they're doing it with. I mean it is a good scam. It's all being paid in Bitcoin so it's untraceable but I hope they get caught. And I hope this helps other people.

In May I originally ordered one of there products that cost $500 they contacted me and told me product wasn’t in stock and suggested a replacement. It took over a month to receive replacement order which was half of the amount I was supposed to get and the quality was garbage. I then sent them an additional $950 for different products that they said they have in store. It’s now 7/31/24 and still haven’t received anything not a tracking number nothing. I just keep getting nonsense that they are waiting for the best quality to ship to me. Bottom line is they robbed me of $1200. There are many legit research chemical companies out there. But if the company is openly advertising banned substances assume it’s a scam. Just like this site is a scam

This company is the BIGGEST scam whoever wrote positive reviews must have been paid to do so. Once you send your money to them they will have a fake logistic company called SMARTGLOBALEXPRESS send you a pretty convincing tracking number from their co. Then they will say your parcel is on hold for a refundable insurance fee. It’s a total scam keep your money in your pocket because if you send it to them it’s long gone.

I thought this company was another scam but can honestly say I was wrong. I received exactly what I ordered and in the time they said I would. This site is real and I will be ordering again. Customer service was excellent as well, they reply straight away which is amazing. Thanks guys. Can’t wait to do more business with you.

This company is definitely worth ordering from. They’re trustworthy, dependable, and have tremendous customer service. Everything from ordering to shipping was straightforward, accurate, and discreet, which made this process MUCH easier than I had anticipated. I never write reviews, but they certainly deserve one.
