Well Pleased with the Service
I am in the US and have ordered medications from the company twice with the most recent last month. The order usually takes a little time to arrive but, I order enough in advance so as to not be worried. I am kept abreast of the status of the shipment and it's always been well packaged. I plan to continue to purchase products from them.

Ordered on 8 Feb 2022 and order still…
Ordered on 8 Feb 2022 and order still hasn’t arrived! One website said it made it to the US and the one from USPS says it’s still at the shipping country. Tried to contact Gen about this issue and they have failed to respond. It has been over a month and still nothing. Gens shipping website is saying delivered but USPS is saying they never received it yet and are still waiting for it. Please return my emails. I order from here a lot but will be forced to go elsewhere.
