I was supposed to be an ambassador and help promote the company, I even went as far as getting one for myself and still have yet to receive the genowatch. Very unprofessional company.

I haven't received any information about the product yet. I don't know anything about the cargo tracking number.

Terribly slow delivery. Taken weeks and item keeps being delayed without a decent answer from the company.

Pretty cool! Love it

Band is massive, doesn’t get small enough so it is falling off my wrist at the smallest size. Doesn’t come with any clear instructions, does not pair well / is not easy to pair with phone.

Cheap knockoff. So much false advertising. I was willing to promote their brand too with my social media outlets but no customer service response. I have a feeling that even if people used my code I would never see a dollar. Regret paying $30 for a piece of cheap junk and feel bad for the people who are tricked into buying at full price.

The website was straight forward and simple to navigate. It made the shopping experience enjoyable and easy.
