During a very difficult time, Gareth was so thoughtful of our needs and what was best for Susie, while being flexible around his busy diary as a vet.
He has a very gentle manner and kind in his actions explaining the process sensitively, continuing to check with us throughout.
A choice to have Gareth to take care of Susie’s final journey was a blessing. We are so glad that we found him.

Gareth is a kind, sensitive individual with a gentle soul who came to my home to put my cat Tom to rest. Gareth had helped me to make the decision by taking the time to talk to me earlier in the day on the phone and was happy to be flexible in case I changed my mind. When Gareth arrived we felt reassured that everything would be as best as could be. Gareth first explained the process, what to expect and did everything to ensure that Tom was not distressed. Afterwards Gareth spent some time with us and made a paw print which we really appreciated. Gareth is a fantastic vet and a very nice person.
