Hi Hono, I'm so sorry to read about the severity of your reaction - especially after you had successful patch test. I hope you are starting to see some improvement now. Lots of our customers are able to use our colours successfully despite existing allergies, but sadly there are some for whom even our formula is an irritant. Hi Ellie, so sorry to hear you've experienced a strong allergic reaction - I hope that things are improving for you today? I'm so glad you did the patch test first. This is exactly why we ask that people patch test every time so that potential allergies are picked up before a full application. We'll be more than happy to provide a refund for your colour - I've sent you a request for information as I can see an order in your name but it is a few months ago, so I may have the wrong one. It could be worth you chatting through any allergies you are aware of with our team on 01548 830560, as it may help us suggest which ingredient you are reacting to, which could help you as you search for the right product. I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with our product Ninetyeightythree, especially after there had already been some issues with your delivery. We usually ship next day with orders arriving within 1 to 3 days, but things do sometimes go missing in the post.

I'd like to reassure you that our ethos is to use the most gentle ingredients we can, but of course people can be allergic or sensitive to a wide variety of substances - even totally natural ones such as henna.

Whilst colour washing off is something we could help with by sending you a free replacement, adapting the processing time and looking at other factors that could have caused this, it does sound like you have a mild sensitivity and might be better trying another product. I'm going to send you a request for information so that we can track down your order, see which dye you tried and suggest an alternative. Of course, we'd also be happy to offer a refund if preferred.

Our reviews are all left by genuine customers, and you can find links in your online account to leave reviews. I'd also be happy to send you a direct link once we have your order number, though of course we'd love the chance to put things right before you leave a further review.

Sorry to read you haven't had a positive experience with our dye. Though we have a lot of regular users who love our colour range, we do understand that there can be some trial and error involved in using a new product. It's a shame we've not had chance to put this right before you posted your review, so we've sent you an information request so we can get in touch to try to find a better solution. We'd never want to leave a customer unhappy and out of pocket, so would welcome the chance to work with you to see if we can find a better colour for you. If your are still unhappy, we would of course sort a refund.
