Beware! The goods are not as advertised, have a whiff of fraud about them, and refer to the fine print. The delivered material is of poor quality and doesn't deserve a single star!
A claim submitted via PayPal with buyer protection was not accepted.

This is not worth the 1 star I'm so disappointed with the clock and for how expensive it was.

I WOULD WARN OTHERS DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Not changing the star rating as I was disappointed in the fact that the packaging allowed the item to be broken quite easily. The supplier responded to our request for a refund (although communication was quite difficult and they initially offered a 70% refund, which I refused) and ended up giving me a full refund. Unfortunately the item was a gift and delivery was time sensitive. We missed the date due to the breakage etc and ended up going elsewhere. Overall, very disappointed.

Ordered a Personalized Butterfly Wall Clock but it came broken in half & didn’t work also it didn’t look anything like the Photo in the Ad on Website on Facebook. When I contacted them the same day they wouldn’t give me a refund or let me exchange it either:( Sooo MAD & Warning to everyone NOT to order from this Company!!!

This is a scam Chinese website which just takes your money avoid avoid avoid

I ordered two personalized clocks for my grandchildren. The picture on the website showed a nice three dimensioned firemen's helmet with a clear plastic face shield. The picture was not even close to what I received.
What I got was a flat wooden backed picture of a fireman's helmet. Very cheap and disappointing. Do not buy from this company, The pictures are nothing like what you are going to get.

Do not order from here! I ordered a guitar wall clock. You will not receive the watch as pictured!!! Just a poorly printed plastic disc for a lot of money!!! Making a complaint is impossible, as you cannot reach anyone through the website or any other contact method!
Stay away from this seller!!!

Déception totale, l'image IA du produit et le produit lui-même sont diamétralement opposés.
Le produit est une plaque imprimé avec un petit cadran ridicule alors que l'image du produit semble être un moulage en métal. Pour le prix élevé, je croyais avoir quelque chose de luxueux, pas une plaque de plastique.
