Great Service

I ordered some sunglasses and had questions about the color and grade. Customer service was very helpful and the entire process of purchasing them was smooth.

If you need to buy genuine brand new designer glasses and don't want to pay RRP, this is where to buy them

A very impressive sunglasses retailer.

I was very impressed by Genuine Style. Their range is very wide, and many of the designs are in stock ready for immediate dispatch. Their prices are particularly reasonable for a U.K. based sunglasses retailer. Postage (via DPD) was included and was very quick. I was especially impressed with their returns system - the first pair I ordered from them was rather too small for me and so I arranged a return. This procedure was quick and straightforward - they even emailed me a prepaid printable return label. So, no hassle at all (unlike some other online sellers), and the refund was full and quick (of course, the returned sunglasses must be in unused ‘as received’ condition). Consequently, I promptly ordered a different pair to replace the returned ones, and then treated myself to another pair.
I will not consider buying sunglasses online from anywhere else from now on.
