Geobear done some work on my house and the 2 guys that turned up (Oleskii and Richard) were excellent. both boys kept me informed through the process and answered all my questions about the work being carried out. Professional and courteous whilst working in difficult conditions. Highly recommended a good experience from start to finish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have experienced untold grief directly through their negligence and will be factual in the details I provide. Work was carried out in 2018 to raise a concrete floor slab. After a few years in 2021, I noticed the issues returning and from then the loss adjuster had been making attempts for Geobear to investigate. In May 2023 they agreed to undertake DPT testing of the ground below the slab. This was carried out in July 2023 whereupon Geobear accepted the issue was due to the work they carried out. Geobear who agreed to redo the works as it was due to a failure on their part. They were advised that facilitation works would be required and also reinstatement thereafter. At this point Geobear advised that they would not fund any additional works (bizarrely even though those works are a direct consequence of their failure). In August 2024 Coniston Associates, were instructed by Geobear to pay £15,000 from an initial £4000 offer for reinstatement costs. This work was going to be in the region of £35,000. Work was due to begin, however in December 2024 the claim was moved to another loss adjuster. To date no work has started and Geobear I believe reneged their previous offer and have refused to carry out remedial work despite legal efforts from two loss adjusters. Seven years of stress, grief and problems and still not over. Do not believe their Customer Promise as they don't do any of it. Utterly contemptuous company and have given them the opportunity to make good but have an obligation to tell others and warn them of their behaviour.

Emma at Geobear was incredible today. Absolutely 5 stars! We enquired at the weekend and spoke to Emma via a video call and explained to her all our concerns about our property regarding subsidence. Emma 100% put our fears to rest! Thank you!

The whole process was completely hassle free, from the video call to the workmen completing the job.

I had a very helpful video consultation with John, who helped identify some first stage investigations into issues with my property. This was all free of charge and although no work was contracted, the experience and professionalism of John and his team are worth noting.

From my first contact, Geobear staff were all very professional and technically capable. I was given a quote with extensive detail and my subsequent questions were answered quickly. On the day of the works, the two people that came were great and were quite happy to explain all the detail of the procedure as they did the resin injection. The only reason I didn't rate a 5* was that after stabilising the ground, they were unable to lift the garage base back in to position. Granted, they never promised that they would be able to do this (it was clearly identified as a maybe) but in my case, due to ground conditions, only a small amount of lift was achieved. If I could score 4.5 I would.

Ray called out to my house today to look at a floor issue I had in front porch. He explained it very clear the issue and what the solutions available. He was very friendly and knew his work very well. Would definitely recommend this company. A pleasure of a man to deal with

We had the pleasure of meeting Chris White today from Geobear, all I can say is what a lovely gentleman he is he put our minds and told us the jobs we had to do which we miner issues.
He was very informative and friendly we are more than happy for his visit to our home and certainly deserves 5 stars from both of us. 🙂

Had a very good call with Emma who was thorough honest and professional. She advised that at this time my movement looked largely historic but gave me some pointers on how to keep an eye on it. All in all if I did have future concerns I'd have no problem contacting them again.

Having witnessed underpinning on another property, I was impressed with the lack of disruption and speed in which this Geobear process is carried out. Apart from the fact that things have stabilised, which is the good part, you would never know that anyone has been.

Have a particular issue relating to subsidence with a retaining wall drop of 4 feet caused a challenge to use the tested concrete underpinning of my conservatory. I had to find another way or demolish and rebuild the space, which I didn’t want to do.
During all the research for a solution Geobear’s seemed the answer.
On contacting them and having initial engagement with a chap called Ian it was clear how professional an organisation they were and very helpful with suggesting drainage inspection preferred suppliers and liaison with me and the drainage company. After weeks of drainage repairs Geobear come on site to inject their underpinning solution and what a professional and great team of guys. The team ran by a guy called Craig, who was very efficient and informative on what’s going on and organising his team. The entire crew of guys were pleasant and keen to provide a good result. They are a credit to Geobear. I certainly will recommend Geobear to anyone. Great work guys.
