Jon was prompt to the meeting, very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. He asked questions and when I was uncertain he gave clarification and explaination to assist my understanding. Never felt belittled for not knowing the information, but helped it feel like a safe, warm and relaxed chat which ended up being reassuring and positive. Jon did his own research beforehand, remained professional and shared a wealth of knowledge which I knew little of myself.

His kindness and compassion really helped set me at easy when I was facing a worrying time which has helped me feel comfortable that when the time is right and needed to know who I'll be contacting!

Can’t fault the procedure or the personnel on site. Slight difference of opinion over the invoice, quickly resolved.

Had a video meeting with Jon Large the other day concerning cracks at either side of upstairs bay window, he appeared to be very knowledgeable and was helpful, he couldn't identify the cause so suggested a bore hole to see what was going on underneath my property and a drains inspection, it was going to cost over £1000, I decided to sleep on it. Next day I did some research and found almost ever house on my estate with bay windows had the same problem, they had been repointed and all seemed well, I spoke to a local double glazing company and he informed me he had lots of experience with this problem and the builder had not used the correct lintels so the upstairs bay windows settled and then stopped moving which makes sense ,I informed Jon and we agreed to monitor the cracks over about 12 months then decide what to do so thanks Jon, I would recommend this company Ade

Had a virtual meeting with Ian today who was absolutely brilliant. He completely put me at ease and after doing a tour of the house he went through and explained everything so clearly to me. I was shocked that he said I did not need their services and instead gave me advice on what my next steps should be. He was refreshingly honest and has shared his details so I can get in touch in the future if I need to. Would definitely recommend!

Geobrear were great and very responsive to their needs. When experiencing subsidence it is really scary and Paul Cowen one of the leads of the group gave supportive and clear information without which we would have been very anxious!

I had trouble with my drainage and Geobear were very accommodating moving the appointment to suit. The staff were always knowledgeable giving great advice and polite.

Honest, professional and constructive advice from Eslam Alata (Geobear) put my mind at ease and offered useful, alternative advice for how to rectify the problems identified. The first step is to identify whether or not there is an ongoing subsidence issue and there is no hard sell of Geobear's product if this is not the case. Eslam was very calm, professional and helpful. I am so glad I contacted Geobear.

Had Lewis and Ian provide services to me (an anxious first time buyer whose property had a few concerns) and I found them to both be brilliant. Ian was great at introducing the service, giving me a comprehensive overview of what was included and happily answered all questions I had. I contacted Geobear as I was worried about potential subsidence. Within two workings days, I had an appointment with Omar. As an experienced engineer, Omar was able to offer friendly, honest and professional advice through a video call assessment. He found no major issues and no evidence of subsidence. There was one minor recommendation, which is not linked to the services of the company. I'm happy to have found a company that isn't trying to sell me something that I don't actually need. Would be happy to recommend Omar and Geobear.

Geobear were very helpful from my first enquiry through to the completion of the works. There was no pressure applied to get a quick sale and any questions I had were answered clearly and in a timely manner. The work itself was carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption, by a professional crew who were happy to provide explanations and estimated timelines before commencing the various stages of work. They are a very customer friendly company and I would have no hesitation in recommending or using them again should I ever have a future requirement for similar services.
