Great customer service
Item hasn't arrived as yet, but it's my first time dealing with this company and I was served by a Kieran Boatman who was extremely helpful, polite and professional. After talking to him I felt confident in purchasing the item, so thanks for the assistance 😊

To be fair George was ok but FedEx was a joke
To be fair George browns service was ok but FedEx was a complete joke from start to finish in the end my parcel was at the Huntingdon FedEx depot for 5days with limited updates of it going nowhere before I instructed George browns to return to sender and give me a full refund

We’re disappointed that you received this level of service from our courier partner. We rely on third-party couriers to deliver the majority of our goods, meaning that unfortunately, once an order has left our warehouse, there are elements of the delivery process that are outside of our direct control.
We do appreciate, however, how frustrating it must have been to have your parcel sitting at the Huntingdon depot for five days with limited updates. We hope you also appreciate that, once you contacted us, we did everything within our power to resolve the situation and arrange the return and full refund for you.
We’re pleased that you found the service provided by George Browns to be okay, and we’ll continue to do everything we can to ensure our customers receive the best possible service, even when issues arise with our delivery partners.

Disappointing delivery experience.
Disappointing delivery experience.
The parcel was eventually found, but it took me 4 days to locate it, causing unnecessary stress, frustration, and a significant waste of my precious time.
FedEx used a contractor who was clearly not properly trained: no delivery photograph was taken, and the parcel was not signed for by me.
However, this situation would most likely never have happened if the seller had actually passed on the delivery instructions I provided when placing the order. Instructions are there for a reason — to ensure the parcel reaches the customer correctly and that the customer has a satisfactory experience.
I appreciate that the company sends thousands of parcels, but that is not an excuse for failing to communicate a customer’s delivery instructions. Attention to detail and conscientious service matter, especially when problems arise.
Unfortunately, this experience has not given me confidence in ordering from this seller again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were able to locate your products, although we completely appreciate how frustrating and stressful the situation must have been.
Our couriers are instructed to obtain a signature upon delivery wherever possible. Unfortunately, we have seen too many occasions where parcels left unattended outside a property have been stolen or gone missing. Requiring a signature is intended to help protect both our customers and ourselves by providing confirmation that the goods have been received.
Based on the delivery information available to us, we believe the driver left the parcel with reception so that a signature could be obtained, rather than leaving it unattended. This follows our delivery policy, which is outlined in the FAQ section of our Shipping of Goods policy.
We fully understand that this did not result in the experience you expected, and we are sorry for the inconvenience and time it took to locate your parcel. While these procedures are in place to help safeguard deliveries, we also expect our courier partners to communicate clearly where a parcel has been left. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the courier to help improve future deliveries.
