Excellent customer experience
I ordered a pair of gold hoops, and received an email a day later to say that unfortunately the earrings has gone out of stock. Juliet went out of her way to resolve this for me, keeping me updated by email, and eventually tracking down the last pair for me. The earrings are beautiful, the customer service excellent.
