Unexpected hassle free experience on buying a brand new Car

I live in Perth, I bought my Honda Odyssey through Ben Harris and team, It was an unbelievable experience on buying a car. I never thought buys car would be this easy. I told him clearly what is requirements then within two days he came up with the best price which is few thousands dollars less than what dealer was offering me. I signed the paperwork then you know what my car been delivered to my home after few days.
Forgot to tell you, Team Georgie did my car finance too.
Can you believe that without going out and not seeing anyone I bought my brand new car with $0 deposit. The whole process was just over the phone and email.

Craig was fantastically easy to work with. He was prompt and professional throughout. The price he achieved (including organising a trade-in price) simply wouldn’t have been possible if I had tried to do it myself.

We were looking for a RAV4 without success and dealers were telling us the vehicle would not be available for months. Dave not only found us a RAV4 within 24hours but at also at below driveaway price. Dave took all the angst out of dealing with Dealerships and the vehicle was delivered into our driveway. Buying a car in regional Australia during COVID is hard, and looking for a model that is ending production this year is even harder. Dave helped me order a Pajero at about 2 grand below the listed price. My local Mitsubishi dealer has barely even returned my calls. I'd highly recommend their services for anyone in a similar position.

What horrible service. Has been nearly two weeks since I provided details of the Hilux I was ready to buy, and still no call (including no return calls after I left multiple messages). Sorry Jack, but you let me down with no communication.

From my first contact with Jack Jamieson of Georgie the experience of dealing with him was outstanding, the dealer who supplied the car Col Crawford was also outstanding and kept me updated frequently on the progress with my purchase. Would NEVER deal with this mob again. Promised 12 months rego and insurance, full tank of fuel and delivery to my door. What a crock of lies! Got 6 months rego, 1/4 tank of fuel and had to hire a taxi to travel 20 kilometres to pick up my new Kia stinger. After a lot of fuss got my 12 months rego but had to do without a car for 5 weeks. The same day exchange of my trade in to take delivery of my new car didn’t happen. Had to use taxis for 5 weeks and when my car arrived it had a 12 inch new deep scratch on the back window. On 6 occasions I was contacted and promised a fuel voucher - guess what? Never happened. The dealer, Mitsubishi Toowong was also to blame for this bad experience. NEVER again!!

Very disappointed in these guys. I had been dealing with a broker from here a few months ago, but had to put everything on hold due to being in Melbourne and in lockdown because of COVID-19.

I emailed and then rang over a week ago as we were very keen in buying a new car now we are out of lockdown and can test drive, and was told as my file was still open I had to continue with the same broker. He was unavailable when I rang but was told he would call back within 30 minutes. Didn’t hear from him. I called the next day to follow up, and again was told I had to continue with same broker. No return phone call all day (Friday), was told he would call on the Monday. It’s now a week later and I never heard back via email or phone at all. I shouldn’t have to chase THEIR business! Don’t bother.

I was hesitant at first but it was worth it. Dave at Georgie is such a friendly professional to deal with. He found my new car and saved me $4,000. Always updating info about the process so the doubts dissolved quickly, which made it a pleasure to have his service.

Service was excellent and everything was done very quickly. We are very happy with the car.

Absolutely first class service from Dave at Georgie. Not only did he get a better trade-in price than I expected but smashed my expectations on the new car price. I'll be recommending Georgie to family and friends for all car purchases.

I recently went via John Cadogan's Auto Expert website to get quotes for a 2020 model MX5. Jack from Georgie was so professional and such a great guy to deal with. His customer service skills are outstanding. He loves MX5s as much as I do, and made the whole process really fun, easy and enjoyable. Not to mention, he got me a fantastic price (I saved just over $4500 on the RRP for the car incl extras - alarm etc), and I couldn't be happier. I'm hopeless at negotiating and couldn't have done nearly as well without his help. I've now placed my order through Georgie and am excitedly awaiting delivery. I can't recommend Auto Expert, Jack, and Georgie enough.

Generally very good. However, the first agent I was dealing with moved to another job and no one told me or followed up. The second agent I dealt with was very good and I ended up getting a great price for the car I wanted.

Received the introductory email from Georgie, and then nothing, never heard from them again.
