They did not save me much (<$500) but I was impressed that they could save me anything at all on a car selling for only $20K

Alec was a great help. Alec managed to source the car that I want in a very short time at a very good price. Alec was professional and always reachable.

This was the first time that I have bought a new car via an intermediary and I was naturally at first a little nervous. That is until I received a call from Jack Jamieson. He walked me through the process and his calm professionalism gave me great comfort. Nothing was a problem for Jack and he called me regularly with updates and to discuss next steps. The deal on my new car was outstanding and I could never see myself, family and friends ever buying another car without firstly going through Jack. I have (and still do) manage people for the last 30 years and it is rare to find the combination of some who genuinely likes what they do and who can bring passion and professionalism to their job. T hank you Georgie and I hope Jack is able to be formally recognised for the wonderful job he has done.

I felt there was a general lack of communication and in the end I could have got the same price for both cars at the runoff sale. Also when the car was ordered it wa supposed to arrive in December but in the end arrived in Mid March. I had to do the chassing to find out about the delays.

Great customer service. Very accommodating especially to someone that works full time in business hours like myself.

This was the best way we have ever purchased a car, we only went for a test drive prior to purchase to make sure it was the vehicle for us. From there on we have no worries about wheeling and dealing. We received many phone calls telling us of the updates regarding prices available, advice on when the price was good.etc. from then on we dealt with dealer and everything was so easy. Our vehicle was delivered to the door by the dealer it was a distance of over four hundred Klms. The trading of our old vehicle was just as simple and the price we received for the trade in was better than we would have received had be bought locally. The whole expertise was easy and we saved a lot of money and no hassle with salesman ring all the time. We will use the process on any further vehicles that we may purchase

Excellent service and a very positive experience

Georgie is so much easier than having to negotiate with dealers! and the price they got for my new car was better than I could have got. It's a no brainer. I will NEVER buy a new car from a dealer again, I will use Georgie every time now.

I had shopped around previously, & unfortunately I only saved $250 which was a little disappointing.
Overall it was great, the dealer delivers the car to your home & they spend time to go over with you & explain the controls etc.

Was an easy transaction. Sounded too good to be true at first until we experienced the service - which is free. It was as a straight forward deal provided that you already know which car you want. More than a few thousands in savings is a good deal for us, any day.

Initial contact was alright, they definitely need to work on customer followup to ensure all expectations are met.
