Don't buy anything from this company,the items I received were from china And were Not as described, absolutely rubbish And to top it it costs an absolute fortune to send it back and you don't get a full refund

Very poor quality, I ordered 2 jeans and they were on sale and I waited for 3 weeks to be delivered and the jeans look ugly and poor quality and didn't deserve the amount I paid for them, first and last time to order from this scam company.

These clothes are an absolute scam!! Everything I ordered was too big. The photos they use make them look terrific. But the shirts I received are not only too big, but the plastic material it's made of it's like a restaurant table cover. It's horrible!!!
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
YOU WILL NOT LIKE WHAT YOU RECEIVE. of course, the company is going to deny all this, and explain it away as a big mistake.
Caveat Emptor! This is another scammer, that makes clothing look good in their marketing, and you feel like a fool when you get what you paid for. Absolute rubbish, and the sizing is ridiculous.. I think they just grab whatever sizes they have left, and send it out, regardless of what you've ordered , just to fulfill orders and get it shipped. The entire experience was very disappointing.

I was hopeful but it’s a scam !

I received something that is worse than primark in the UK. I am a single mother and can’t believe I have invested in this product I was so disappointed to see the quality/not even 10% of what the advert showed. Uk clients beware

I ordered a shirt from a Facebook advert. It looked great in the picture but after waiting 3 weeks for delivery, the shirt arrived and looked totally different from the advert. The material was very thin and not worth the £30 I paid. To get a refund I would need to return the shirt on a tracked delivery to China so not worth my time. I wouldn't bother ordering from this company.

Following issues with them sending the wrong size, I paid £40 to send 3 items back to China for a refund as per their instructions. Six months later, I get my goods returned with a sticker to say they had been refused! Complete scam! Embarrassed to give to charity as quality so poor but that's where they ended up. I wasted an absolute fortune! Stay away!

Gerazzi sent me the wrong size pants. I sent them pictures confirming their mistake. They will not give me a return label or refund. They want me to pay to ship the item back due to their mistake. Horrible customer service, horrible experience dealing with Gerrazi.

Zero Stars. Terrible quality fabric. My husband bought a shirt and some pants. The pants are okay. But…The $62 shirt is 100% polyester!! Photo of shirt looks like cotton or a blend - NOT 100% COTTON AS STATED. Plastic fabric. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered three pairs of cargo pants (2X) and prior to ordering, I emailed them several times asking about how they “size” them and if they’re “true to size.
I received my order today and was terribly disappointed. Instead of three pairs of 2X, they sent three pairs of 3X, however they are child size and not adult size.
The fabric is not as stated “cotton blend” but some garbage poly blend.
I filled a dispute with PayPal and emailed Gerazzi. Their response was worse than the quality of the pants. Stating that they don’t accept returns on sale items and any returns are paid for by the buyer, not the seller.

Gerrazi violated the consumer protection act by misrepresenting and falsely advertising items which does not even remotely resemble the pictures of the items online, this constitutes fraud on the customers. Stay away

They sent the wrong item (size). Upon requesting a return / replacement, no answer from the company.. Then they lie about the email correspondence during Paypal conflict management. Shitty company, customer service is not existent..
Worst is, they tell me that I am wrong about my complaint, because in their system they have sent the right size of clothing. No picture from us of the actual lable size of the received goods could covince them otherwise..

I purchased the Berkley lane trench for my wife!! The sizing varied from normal which was my fault as it says to size up! I reached out to customer service and spoke to an agent named Ashley.

She told me that we can do an exchange! A couple weeks later I got my red coat and I am in love with it!! Thanks so much for the assistance! 😊

SCAM. Bought 2 shirts that look beautiful high quality on the Ad. Recieved 2 crappy ones that are garbage !!! Avoid at all cost. A scam . Both were throne to the garbage. Didn't bother applying for return as they have a clause, "no refund" only exchange. Bad Faith
They should not be supported to sell online on any platform. Period .

I ordered a raincoat that appeared to be long. Well I received a short coat. It is a nice coat so I give them three stars but I wanted a long coat not a mini. I will keep it because returns are impossible for what I read. But I would really like them to send what we order.
