Great customer service, I had a question about my order and they responded promptly. The T-shirt was a good quality and picture I had printed on it was beautiful. It arrived in the time frame company stated. Very satisfied customer.

I ordered 2 shirts for my wife's birthday. One was a custom order with our dogs portrait printed on it which came out very dark and can barely see any details of our dog's features. I give that shirt maybe a two star rating. The other shirt was not custom, in fact I'm sure its mass produced since they have the same shirt for every month of the year with the same quotes. Long story short I tried to return the shirt that was not custom with no success. Customer service is very negligent to work with customers and will try everything to deny a return. I do not recommend purchasing from gerbera story at all, especially when there's so many people making shirts nowadays. There are far better quality print shops that would treat and respect their customers far more than this rip off of a company. I will never order anything from garbage story again!

Shirts was lower quality than expected but for the price cannot beat it. I love the design it looks exactly like I want for my birthday cruise. Highly recommended gift idea!

I ordered a shirt for my birthday. I was initially concerned about whether I would receive it in time, so I reached out about estimated shipping timeframe. I received a quick response and realistic answer about the possibility. I went ahead with the order and luckily did receive it in time. I greatly appreciated that and really liked the design once I received the shirt. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the quality of the material of the shirt itself was not good, but doable.

Shirt arrived on time and is exactly as ordered. Great quality and the shirt is so nice and soft. So many compliments on my birthday cruise.

I plan to seek out every sight and location in which I can post a review. I was so excited to order a 50th Birthday shirt that I can wear next year to celebrate my milestone. I specifically requested '1973' and they even mentioned that I ordered a '1973' shirt in their response to them, when I notified them that I had received a 1972 shirt instead. They responded every couple of days with minimum commentary and absolutely no resolution. Long story short - they refuse to provide me with another shirt. I didn't want my money back or anything - just the correct shirt! I will NEVER do business with them and it's the principal of the matter for me. As much as I like signage and signature shirts - I will never order anything from this company again because they have ZERO concern about ensuring that the customer has a great experience. They barely respond to email communication adequately.

I ordered a shirt for a birthday and when it came its seem had a break in it I have been going back and forth via email but the issue has not been resolved and they are avoiding refunding my money by asking me to send a picture every few days. I will NEVER order again from this nor recommend this company

I ordered a t shirt for my sister. It was ordered on the first of October and today is the 11th the tracking order said it would be delivered by October 9th. My stupid behind ordered two more and I believe this company has just ripped me off!!!! I will never order again and I better get a refund it the shirt does not show up by the 16th!

I actually love their t-shirts and have ordered from thrm multible but has one order thatt was mis printed and a t-shirt that was missing from the order after going back and forth over a month now with customer service was advised via email that the misprinted t-shirt (the age printed was 58 which us my age her age is 33 which is the correct age that should have been on the t-shirt) and missing t-shirt would be replaced in a email dated 8/4 In that same email i was asked to rate Gerbera Story agai.The handling of this issue by Gerbera Story customer service has been deplorable and should have been corrected a month ago This is there response in the email dated 8/4:
Re: We've emailed you so many times that we've printed and sent you a 33 year old white 2XL t-shirt. Your order is on its way to you. Can you rate us on trustpilot again. Because you have bought from our store many times and we are very reputable. But for some reason this time we emailed you a lot but you didn't receive it and told us not to respond to you

Please take a photo of the 58-year-old custom shirt you want, cutsom name, skin color .... for us to design

This is all i have yet to receive. All i am asking for is what i paid for these t- shirts aren’t cheap i nit asking fir anything free just what i paid for.

I have to say the quality excellent ordered several t_shirts . When came to the issue of a misprint and a shortage of at_shirt from the same order proven with receipts provided by Gerbera Story as my own receipt ,no action has been taken to correct this issue. Gerbera emailed me stating they would replace corrected t-shirt and missing t-shirt. Wow i need this issue resolved ASAP!11
