We’re very sorry to hear about the delay and understand how frustrating this experience has been, especially given the lack of clarity in the tracking updates.

Your order is currently still in transit and has been delayed during the customs clearance process, which can sometimes cause tracking to appear inconsistent (for example, showing movement into U.S. customs without immediate onward updates). Unfortunately, this stage can take longer than expected and is outside of our direct control, but we absolutely understand how concerning it looks from your side.

We also apologize that our support team hasn’t been able to provide the clarity or reassurance you needed so far. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.

We have also sent you an email regarding your case, and we will continue to update you there as soon as we receive further information from the carrier.

Hi Laurence,

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your pan and that it didn’t perform as expected on your first use.

Our 26cm pan is made from Titanum, which is different from traditional coated nonstick cookware. It is designed to develop its nonstick performance over time through proper use and seasoning. If used on medium heat without this process, food can initially stick or burn more easily.

Titanum can also react quickly to heat, so it’s important to use controlled temperatures and build up its natural patina gradually.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience.

We’re sorry to hear the skillets arrived without instructions and that only one safety grip was included. That’s not what we aim for, and we understand how this would be frustrating when you’re trying to get set up.

The skillets are fully induction compatible, so you should have no issues using them on your stove.

Regarding the safety grip, both skillets should arrive with one, so we’d be happy to look into this and arrange a replacement if one is missing.

You don’t need to put them through a dishwasher before first use—warm soapy water is perfectly fine.

Egg sticking is usually linked to heat level, pan preheating, or a small amount of oil/fat not being used even on non-stick surfaces.

Regarding your cooking experience, heat settings can vary significantly depending on hob type, pan size, and cookware material. Even on the lowest setting, some induction or powerful gas hobs can still generate higher-than-expected heat, which may affect performance if the pan is not fully preheated or if there’s no gradual heating process.
