Wi-Fi boos 60% offer from BTThis company originally said it worked


This company originally said it worked for BT it has been confirmed that this is incorrect (confirmed by BT) They after weeks of waiting sent me the equipment but it only works in the US. I have emailed them many times asking for a refund that I am legally entitled to. They have not responded to my request for refund. Be very careful if your thinking of buying from this awful company

Don't buy this product for Australian use

I ordered a product for Australia and they shipped me a product with US power plugs and now they only want to refund 25% even thought at first they acknowledged their error and said i would get a full refund. They didnt send what i ordered and the product they sent is useless to me. Very poor customer service. I did eventually get a refund but the process appeared designed to make it difficult and I had to return the incorrect product they sent me at my own cost.

Con merchants!

Placed order but minutes later I was told I could not cancel as the order had been passed to warehouse. I think this was a lie - thirteen days later nothing has arrived. My request to escallate my complaint has been ignored.I placed the order based on a false email purporting cto be linked to BT. Another lie. Avoid at all costs!
