On 02.03.26 you took £171.81 from my card for an order that wasnât delivered. It was delivered to a complete different address on 11.03.26. I informed you immediately and requested a refund or replacement. You refused and said I must wait on a DPD investigation. I questioned the legality of this on 13.03.25 and requested this be escalated to the complaints team. You didnât even reply to my email.
I tried to leave a trust pilot review and you got it deleted. I phoned you today (15 April 2026) and you once again refused to refund me, refused to give me a timeframe to resolve this in, refused to put me through to a manager, and refused to give me the details of your complaints process.
Six weeks have passed and I still donât have a replacement or a refund. What an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer.
