Ordered on the 13th sep, not received
Ordered on the 13th sep, was told my order would ship on the 26th, have emailed multiple times for an update and have had no reply. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend. Where is my order?!
Have since emailed me back and sent my tracking information, look forward to receiving my order 🥰

Customer service none existent
I ordered a bear and 2 outfits over a week ago. When it hit the week mark I messaged on tiktok message I emailed and I commented on their tiktok videos every single thing was ignored but other people on tiktok were replied to. I find it very rude I have literally just over 2 weeks for this to be delivered in time and I really hope it is I ordered it with plenty of time in advance

Great customer service
Great customer service. I emailed them regarding my order and they emailed me back. There was a misunderstanding with my order but, the issue was fixed. They even gave me a free outfit that I really wanted. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to get my order!

I haven't had any replies to any emails regarding my order GH88128378. No shipping and it's been 14 days. Please respond to me.
Have since had a reply. I didn't realise about presale. Maybe next time add a note to delivery.

I just got my teddy bear in the mail and OMG it is absolutely beautiful! I’m completely in love with those sweet blushed cheeks - they give it such a precious, lovable expression. And the fact that it has joints is amazing!! I can actually sit it down properly, pose it however I want, and it stays in position. The quality is outstanding - you can tell this isn’t just another mass-produced stuffed animal. The fabric is so soft and the stitching looks really durable. It’s the perfect size for cuddling but also looks great just sitting on my shelf. Honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re on the fence about ordering one, just do it - you won’t regret it! This little guy has already become my favorite comfort item. Definitely planning to order another one as a gift!
