I had previously written a review saying mid things but I would like to correct myself. Last month I had purchased 2 bears and only received one. I emailed them to see what we can do about the situation. I was a little upset they had not gotten back to me and thought they couldn’t help me or ignored me. I was wrong they took a while but reached back out to me and made it right! They were able to fix my issue and I was able to receive the second bear I bought! I’m really thankful to them and I love my purchases!

Quick shipping and cute bear. It was as described and seems to be good quality. My daughter asked for this for Christmas and hoping she’ll be surprised. I did have a lot of problems accessing the website to purchase and kept getting an error and this made it impossible to check order status, so I took a star away for that but customer service replied quickly to my email.

Hi Getahug.co, we placed our order online dated 19 Oct 2025. It was confirmed via email with Order # GH88143380 amounting to $123.39 USD, but after a month, we haven’t heard if it has been shipped and NO PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED upto this day. It’s so frustrating as we do not know where the orders have been. No further email if it has been shipped or whatsoever.

I just got billy the bear today and opened him and he is the cutest thing ever. I also got the big blind box and loved all the teddies that were inside of them

The bear is super freaking cute, ordered to the uk and shipping was quite fast, though the shipping didn't update by the time it arrived.

I couldn’t rave more about this company. The bears are adorable and well made. The outfits are so soft. There’s a huge variety to choose from for holidays and year round. And their customer service is amazing. On my first order, I accidentally put my old address I no longer live at (in another country,) and they helped me change it before it shipped out. They were quick!
