Avoid! Charge the estate agent 0.25% but don’t make it clear to client. 0.25% to report some google reviews!!!!

They say no fee, It's not true . They charge the estate agent a fee , i found out it was 0.25% , and they passed it on us. I cant believe they can get away with this. Avoid them , do nothing for their money

I want other prospective house sellers to be aware that this website is paid commission by the estate agents they recommend and the estate agent in turn pass that payment onto their fees in my experience 0.25% . So not only is the recommendation bias , you will be charged an increased fee from the estate agent. I wish I’d know and saved myself a considerable amount of money - but they don’t make this clear on the website .

I knew of a few estate agents in my area, but chose to have a look at Get an Agent to see if they could suggest more that I may have missed. They did offer a few alternatives that I would not have known about otherwise. I interviewed 6 different agents as advised by Get an Agent and eventually signed a contract with an agent I wouldn’t have normally contacted. I have now sold my house for a very satisfactory price and would recommend Get an Agent to anyone who’s in the market to sell their home.

Complete scam. They only recommend agents who are prepared to pay them a portion of their agent Fee. The information on “best” agent is fabricated depending on which agent is desperate enough to pay them for the lead. Do not trust.

I think this is a criminal organisation and will sell on my details. Once you give your personal details nothing happens.
Stupid stupid I saw the advert and gave out my personal details!!!

Do not use them. The website does not work and the supposed phone number does not exist.

Recently used this website to find the best agent to sell my house was really pleased with the recommendations they also gave me advice over the phone which was a great help would def recommend to friends x
