Responsive support
We had a few problems which occurred when switching accountancy software, the Apron team did everything possible to rectify the issues. We were in constant communication with the support team online and had online video calls with our client manager, Marek. All issues have now been resolved and we are looking forward to continue using Apron for payment runs and receipt capture.

Improved the bookkeeping experience
Apron has vastly improved the service I can offer my clients. Offering payment services without needing to access a client's bank account has made my and my client's life easier. I've also been impressed with the document upload feature and am in the process of moving my clients to this from hubdoc etc. The ability to assign unreconciled transactions has improved the process of getting paperwork. I've also found the support really helpful and glad to see new features being implemented based on feedback

Positive Onboarding Experience with Apron: Responsive Support and User-Friendly Features
My experience with Apron has been very positive so far! Marek and Sandraâs responsiveness is definitely a great sign. I had a few queries while I was setting up new clients and they got back to me immediately through the chat feature.
While payments might not be available in Ireland yet, the bill uploading feature is working well for us. Apron's features work well and the layout is clear and user friendly.
Looking forward to seeing more features roll out in the coming months.
Bank reconciliation error
I was troubled by bank rec error in many clients, with Value added tax deadline looming i needed a quick fix to get the month end process started. Marek helped me with a fix and made it very simple. Thanks to Apron team who are always there to assist.
Good software
At the moment we are using Apron just for a data capture and all is great so far. Also if there are any issues or we need help it's very easy to contact the support team and they are all very kind, helpful and replying very fast.
Speedy service resolving issues
Had some issue with clients accidentally creating duplicate accounts but it was sorted in a jiffy through Apron support. I would however suggest that Apron creates support videos that Practices can send to their clients as clients. So separate tutorials using it as a practice & using it as a client of a practice
