Please do not buy from this company. Took my money then denied I placed an order. Now ignoring me. Don’t waste your money please folk

I would rate minus 10 if i could. I bought some wood slat wall panels about 4 weeks ago from an advert on facebook and the company was called kyrem which is obviously a blag company set up by bella and co who were the contact on the emails. They were cheap at £5 each but i had seen the same on alibaba for £1.75 a sheet and as low as 80p if you bought 10k. This made me think it was quite plausibl3 a company buy in bulk sell cheap and at least double their money after costs.

I reciev3d a confirmation and a tracking link which i cheacked after 2 weeks and the update said it was in transit. Now 4 weeks on ive decorated my room to match the coming pannels only when i looked at the tracking again the link didnt work, the Kyrem site was gone and no reply emailing bella and her band of robbing bastards i mean co.
Ive done some research and there are several compqnies selling these all the same pictures and all linked to bella and Co, im pretty certain that they are set up outside of the uk by bella and co and when there are plenty of paid up orders with one company they wrap it up and keep everyones money and keep takibg orders tnrough one of the other cimpanies they have set up.
Total scam tradinb standarfs should be all over these people.
Im visiting family in leeds next week i might just go and take my money back in person .

I placed my order on August 17, 2025–with Bella & Co—paid for the bogus shipping insurance (there was no way to opt out) and my package was “lost” in transit after it took FOREVER to ship and then sat for weeks with no movement. They changed their business name to Belle & Ivy—without warning—and shutdown the Bella & Co website. Given their lack of resolution, I will be filing a lawsuit on Friday. I guess they thought their information was private, but I’m a consumer protection attorney… my job is to out everything that I need to know. Maybe the punitive damages will make them change their ways.

Do not order from them. Ordered in August 28th, still haven’t received my order, it’s now Oct 31st . Tracking doesn’t work. They responded initially to my inquiry where my item was, now they have ghosted me.

This is a SCAM! Never received my order. They created a fake shipping label and when they finally responded after a month they told me “ oh we just had to change the status, all should be good now”

NOPE!! Now they don’t respond, and the site that I ordered from is no longer valid. I should have read these reviews before ordering but you live and learn. Hope this prevents you from making the same mistake I did!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Unless you have money to just give away.

I order 3 necklaces, it took them more than 3 weeks to deliver the order, and the first necklace we open was broken. We try contacting their customer service without any response.

Do not buy from this company. I have tried to contact their customer service team on multiple occasions but have had no response. I placed an order back in November 2024 and never received my necklaces.

I placed an order for 3 necklaces and after 2 months of writing back & forth with the company, they stopped responding to me and I still have no necklaces. SCAM site!! Also called Svelte Boutique.

I ordered the buy 1 necklace and get 2 free deal for the gifts for my daughters friends at her birthday. I ordered on July 23...it is now August 7 and no necklaces. The shipping label was created more than 10 days ago but the items are just sitting there waiting to be shipped! I contacted the company asking for my money back after I realised they will not make it in time since they have not been shipped yet and they informed me that they cannot. So now they are holding my money and necklaces hostage! I will not have giveaways for my daughters friends now which I told them! Horrible customer service and terrible shipping times. If you need a gift within a months time do not order from this company! Buy from Amazon and save yourself the disappointment and frustration!

I would give this a 0 if I could. They used old postage and my product got sent to someone else. I got very little response and no willingness to help to make this right. I didn’t get my product (3 necklaces) or a refund. I went to this website because they had a great deal on their products. Now I know why.

My review includes details about customer service and the product itself. Overall, it was horrible.
1. First I emailed to ask if I gift boxes were included for the necklaces I purchased because they showcase reviews of people opening Bella&Co branded gift boxes— the email I got back was just weird: “Please be advised that the necklace will not be shipped with boxes, but you may purchase a customized box online or any store who sell gift boxes” SERIOUSLY?! they basically just advised me to find my own box, despite the fact that they clearly give them out to some “customers” (probably promotional in exchange for a good review)
2. The order took so long that I received a “give feedback” email before the jewelry was even shipped.
3. You can’t find a place on the website to write a review, and when you use the link in the feedback email, it shows that there are 0 reviews on the product I’m reviewing. Which is crazy because, if you’re just looking at the product as a buyer, you see a bunch of GLOWING reviews! I’d also like to mention that I emailed and asked where I could find a place on the website or shop app to leave a review, and once again, a weird response:
“We hope you are well. Our relevant team who is responsible for sending those kind of inquiry for your opinion/s on how you like our products and services will send it our customers at random time.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.” Now this is pretty much saying I have to be INVITED to leave a review….? Probably one that will never be seen unless I’m praising the life out of the product or customer service.
4. The product itself: it basically looks like the dollar tree version of the product in the photos. The gold is a TERRIBLE color, and there are other things, specific to my purchase, that aren’t as described/pictured. Also the necklaces I bought has claims that there is an “Adjustable Chain Length: 16-20 inches” which is not true at all. The chain has only ONE LENGTH.

Final thoughts: I wish I had come to Trust Pilot first, but I was tricked by the fact that this website was one of the first to pop up when searching for the necklace I wanted to gift somebody.

Save your money. Try purchasing from BaubleBar instead (or anywhere else for that matter), I’ve had a better experience with them, and at least the products look like the photos.

Jewellery completely tarnished within a week and now they won’t respond to email and no other contact info. No address. Reporting everywhere I can. Don’t do it.

I purchased three necklaces in the beginning of December and I received them almost a month later. One has already tarnished and one of the chains popped. They do not stand by their brand at all! I contacted the company after the 30 days for a replacement just for the tarnished one because regardless to their policy, the website says tarnish free and water resistant and also a lifetime guarantee shine. They decided to copy and paste their policy, so I copied and pasted the faqs from their site. Then they replied again with the we regret to inform you nonsense! The fact that you can’t leave a review after 30 days is to protect their business, so I decided to find a way around it! If you would like to waste money on costume jewelry that sucks be my guess, but you can buy way better jewelry for less. I fell for the hype and never again will I order from them!

I bought the buy 1 get 2 bubble name necklaces for my daughters and after 2 days mine has completed tarnished, letters have turned pink. Been trying to get my refund (30-day guarantee) for 30 days now and keep getting told it's been escalated to the next department. So that next department is either really busy with claims or this is going to be very difficult to get my money back.

Dont do it! Im STILL waiting for my order placed in May for my granddaughters birthday. This company is unprofessional. It takes your order and then says they are backed up…you have to wait. Communication is poor and there is bo phone number to call. Dont waste your time. I ordered a second necklace from another source and it arrived promptly.

Shipping time on website says 7-10 business days. I placed an order on May 7, i received an email with a tracking number on May 8 but the package wasn't actually taken to usps till June 5. I got notice by text that my package was delivered yesterday June 6 but I did not see a package. I filed a missing package report with usps and they informed me that the package was in fact delivered, but to a completely different name and address. I reached out to the seller, lets see if they respond as they normally take 3 days or more to respond, or they dont respond at all.

Jewelry is garbage, lost stones a little after a month of receiving it. I emailed them and they told me nothing they could do. I didn’t expect to last forever but it didn’t even last a month and it wasn’t worn daily.

I ordered the buy one get two paid my $81 and did not receive my order. It says it was delivered, but it was not not able to get in contact with the company. Companies is a scam.

This company is a joke when it comes to customer service. I was told my package was lost on my very first email to them, asking about how I track my order. I was told it was lost and to buy another set. So I asked if I could get a refund then and it took DAYS for them to get back to me on that and in-between those day's I had a little extra money that payday and went ahead and bought it again but this time I added more hearts with the second round. I've emailed them multiple times about the first order and then I was told she doesn't do refunds and that is some bs. Her staff told me to buy it again, Some of these reviews talk about waiting months till they got their necklace and if you know people are going to want these for mother's day, why have a sale on them when they won't be here on time??... they act like they are sailing real gold here. How cheap does your gold have to be to have it be 60 bucks?? And why won't you reimburse people when you're probably sailing thousands of these. Some of us litterally live payday to payday. I hope you guy's feel cool ripping people off. 60 bucks is nothing to you, but it's gas money for me. This is why I can't ever spoil myself. Thanks a lot. I understand it's my fault for buying 2 rounds, but I honestly thought the first package was "lost". They're in new jersey, I'm in Ohio, it shouldn't have taken a whole month+ to get here and the fact that they won't take returns is unreal to me. That just screams out scam.

Bought a necklace, never received it after over 3 months. I’ve sent emails and have requested tracking information never got anything other than the company saying it’s on the way. I’m very disappointed I was so excited
