Terrible experience. Tried to get double authentication for genuine tees I bought. Passed me on fakes and failed me on genuine items. This happened multiple times. May as well not use it.

I didn’t even complete the validation process and they started charging me $7.99 a week and now I can’t get them to stop

Après avoir payé un service sur tes, cette application, ils ont certifier un produit qui était malheureusement une contrefaçon. Je ne recommande pas car après leur avoir envoyé plusieurs mails, aucune réponse de leur part, faites attention.

Not sure they are accutate. Want to authenticate a bag a friend bought over 24 years ago. I know it is authentic because i went with her to aquire the bag. Only need a certificate to selll as. We no longer have anything that came with the bag. The bag did not pass. They asked for more picture without specifying what part of the bag they needed, i sent the same pictures multiple times no response to the question then they automatically have a result. Not pass

I used them to verify a few different pairs of kicks I was buying off an online seller. Super helpful, made me way less scared of the bigger purchase prices. Would definitely recommend

Application a éviter absolument. Je leur ai soumis un t-shirt Bear Ralph Lauren neuf. Le t-shirt n'avait pas d'étiquette de lavage ni de supplier. Et bien, ils ont trouvé le moyen de me dire qu'il était authentique. A ce niveau, ce n'est plus de l'incompétence mais une manière de vous soutirer de l'argent. Je leur ai proposé de leur envoyé des photos supplémentaire mais le service client ne répond pas à mes message.
A titre de comparaison, l'application legit App m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas assez d'éléments pour attester de l'authenticité et m'a remboursé.
