Received the wrong prescription for estradiol patch. Inquired customer service for a refund or the correct dosage ASAP. They asked for a picture of the wrong prescription sent. I obliged. Several days later I call and have a computer tell me someone will call be back. No issue. The customer service rep was rude and incompetent. Asked me for my phone # and email address. I gave both. In the process of her not finding the account, she also started getting an attitude because she had to type my email and asked me to say it slow. When I said it slow, she said normal speed. Asked me for order #, could not direct me where to fins it. Found it myself while on hold. When she came back she kept reiterating the same things and I told her that I didn't need to hear anymore of it as we had been on the phone for 17 min and I needed to go as I have thinga to do.. She then wanted to put me on hold again. I asked why since she had all the info and all I wanted was a refund. It was very simple, but she was making it complicated. Worst costumer service I ever had and that includes reps from around the world!! Never received my refund as I hung up because she wanted to put me on hold again while being condescending on a power trip.
Do not order from Cleared RX.

The doctor always gets back to me quickly and has another when things aren’t working well. They’ll send prescriptions direct to my pharmacy even though I’m hours away, so I get great care even from home.

It's been a month since I sent my sample in, I emailed them last week and they did respond telling me they are waiting on the results from the lab. I have recieved numerous solicitations to get on their subscription service for lozenges and allergy medications, which they recommend I take like 5 different allergy medications a day which I think is insane especially since they don't even have my results.

Got a call from them saying that they are a startup and have had some automation hiccups, there were some issues and they are trying to figure out what happened to my sample, if FedEx lost it, and offering me a potential new kit if they can't find mine.

Also a side note, the positive reviews seem fake on this site, my confidence in getting my results is pretty low, and I don't think I would be interested in sending in another sample. At this point I'm not sure if I would trust my results if they do find them now, because they technically can just make up results or give me someone else's results.

This process failed me and made me a skeptic. I'm sure others have got their results, this is just my experience.

Obviously they lost my sample because the results are still pending. I'm sticking a fork in it because it's done and I'm not trusting them with another sample.

I can't tolerate antihistamines in general, and the nasal steroid sprays from the pharmacy don't do anything for my actual symptoms. Cleared got me a prescription for nasal antihistamines instead with absolutely no fuss at all. Freedom!

When I first discovered Cleared, I was very excited and couldn't wait to see what I was allergic to. Their at-home testing kits are roughly $200 MSRP and it came with very detailed instructions on how to give a blood sample and another postage-paid envelope for you to send back your sample. That was 3 weeks ago.

Immediately after registering for an account (which is required to get any results back), I get serveral emails asking me to buy allergy medication or to pay more money for consultations. All of which without having even received my test results. Big red flag!! They even ask you to upload your id.

Today, it has been well over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any results from the sample I sent back. I tried contacting them numerous times and I kept getting a generic response saying they were experiencing some delays. At this point I'm highly skeptical about the legitimacy of this operation and I'm quite uneasy that I just handed over my personal data (including a copy of my ID and blood sample).

Worst experience ever.
I ordered the at home allergy test JUNE 19th. I am writing this OVER A MONTH later with no order. I was so ecstatic to try this and finally find out what I was allergic to without going to a specialist. After ordering I only got a confirmation email and no updates at all. I emailed them about 2 weeks after ordering (since the order did say it would arrive in 7-10 business days) and asked where my order was and why it was so late. They responded with it was on delay because of a "high demand of orders" I understood that and kept waiting. Still no updates from them or tracking about where my packing was or when I would expect it. If I wouldn't have canceled my order I am confident I would have gotten it in the winter when my allergies are no longer a problem.
Very unprofessional way to handle business.
