The online request was easy, I was kept informed throughout the process and it all went well.

Good price and fast shipping.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one.

The expected processing time for the COC was 15 days. It has now been over 70 days, and the document is still not delivered.

The vehicle was already converted into a camper van and has been standing parked and unusable the entire time, causing significant financial loss.

The explanation given was that the COC was lost by the courier, which restarted the process completely. The only compensation so far was a €20 refund for “express shipping”, which is quite ironic given the delay.

I hope the issue will finally be resolved soon, but at the moment the experience is extremely disappointing.

Sono un concessionario, e per quel che se ne dica direi esperienza positiva, ero scettico dopo aver visto qlc recensione negativa, invece è andato bene bene secondo tempi e modalità previste e ho speso meno che in Mercedes ufficiale che da sito mi dava 8 settimane per il coc qui, manco 15 gg bravi bravi

Clear communication and very fast shipping once the CoC was at the GetCOC office. Also very supportive when I wanted to change the addres.

Fast and reliable, GetCOC keep me updated all the time and helped me with everything I needed( for example how to find the manufacturer plate on my car, made the process easy and without mistakes), I ask with urgency on 17 Feb, the digital one came Tuesday 24 feb and a day later the Physical copy.
Thanks to GetCoc work and fast process I could register the right CO2 emissions(124/155)and avoid paying a big amount that was unrealistic(500) for the type of car.
I would definitely contact in the Future if needed.

Inicialmente me mandaron un certificado que les había mandado la casa Porsche, pero me lo rechazaron en tres Itv, entonces se lo comenté vía mail a Mariane y Alberto y me volvieron a solicitar el certificado a la casa Porsche, explicándoles la incidencia que habían tenido conmigo como cliente y esta vez la casa Porsche les mandó el certificado que correspondía con el que fui a la ITV y me lo aceptaron a la primera, Alberto puso mucha atención en enmendar el error que la casa oficial había cometido y me solucionó el problema con mucha rapidez y me lo mandó vía urgente por correo. Muchas gracias Alberto!! Os volveré a contactar cuando necesite otro certificado COC ya que importo coches de Alemania para compraventa.
