My initial contact with GetCOC was actually positive. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful at first. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly once it turned out they were unable to provide a Certificate of Conformity for my vehicle.
They informed me that I would receive a refund within 10 working days. After several weeks with no refund, I emailed them again. They replied saying the refund had already been processed and that I would receive proof of payment and the money within a few days. This turned out to be an empty promise — I never received anything.
Two weeks later, I followed up once more, asking for an update on the status of my refund, but this time they simply stopped responding altogether. It has now been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund or any further communication from them.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend GetCOC based on the lack of transparency, broken promises, and complete failure to provide the refund they committed to.

They issued and sent the document correctly. This is the positive part. I opted for fast delivery, and unfortunately I received it way too late, therefore it was useless for me.

They did not offer even a partial refund for my loss, which is not what I was expecting. :(.

Cela fait désormais depuis le mois de Février 2025 que j'attends mon COC, après m'avoir confirmé qu'il n'y aurai aucun souci, j'ai pris l'option express sous 48h.
Résultat: Plus aucune réponse, ni par Chatbot, ni par email. Même ma demande de remboursement n'a pas reçu de réponse. Le site semble donc douteux

Avoid this site. I've been waiting for my Certificate of Conformity (COC) since February 2025 now. After they confirmed there would be no problem, I opted for the express 48-hour delivery option.
The result: I've been waiting for 10 months. No response whatsoever, neither from the chatbot nor by email. Even my refund request has gone unanswered. Service and communication doesn't exist

I ordered two COC documents. The quick search always says it is available. One was unavailable (not EU compliant) found out after a few days but they refunded my money quickly for that document. Later when I needed a third I wanted to be sure (it was for an old motorcycle) before I paid. I asked the online chat, got a real person and they checked for real and answered my question (it was not available saving me much t ime and unneeded payment). 5 starts because its rare to get help easily and quickly :-) and the service was good too!

I appreciate the simplicity of the process and the speed of delivery. Customer service was exceptional. I needed to make a last minute change to the delivery address and they accommodated immediately. Highly Recommend.

Unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen war ein komplettes Fiasko. Das Dokument, dessen Lieferung innerhalb von 3 Tagen zugesagt wurde, konnten wir erst nach rund 20 Tagen – und nur durch unseren eigenen intensiven Einsatz – mühsam erhalten. Während des gesamten Prozesses mussten wir unzählige E-Mails schreiben. Der Live-Chat ist absolut unzuverlässig: Wenn es ihnen passt, antworten sie, ansonsten verweisen sie lediglich auf E-Mail und entziehen sich der Verantwortung. Obwohl sich das Unternehmen als USA-basiert präsentiert und die operative Abwicklung offenbar aus Spanien erfolgt, herrscht völliges Chaos im Prozessmanagement. In Bezug auf Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Transparenz ist dieses Unternehmen durchgefallen. Wir können es definitiv nicht empfehlen und sind der Meinung, dass die Servicequalität dringend hinterfragt werden sollte.
